This is the second transplant I have done, the first was in 2018, with a second clinic, and frankly I noticed a big difference in the quality of the transplant, and I regretted that I had not done it with them before. The service was very professional and sophisticated, from arrival to return, transportation (Mehmet), and the hotel. The team of doctors, the medical and administrative staff, and especially the brother, the medical advisor Adnan, who was present heart and soul and with all professionalism at all stages of the journey. The operation was considered a success by all standards, the safety of the donor area, its rapid recovery, the smart extraction process, as well as the ideal distribution of follicles. Thank you. My Hair Transplant Experience at Turkeyana ClinicI recently underwent a hair transplant at Turkeyana Clinic, completed in two sessions, and overall, I’m impressed with the professionalism and care provided by the clinic.Pick-up and Drop-off Service:The clinic offers a smooth pick-up and drop-off service. While the drivers were polite and accommodating, the language barrier (limited English) was noticeable, but it didn’t hinder the service much since Turkish is their native language, and they still made an effort to communicate.Surgery Team and Staff:The surgery team was highly professional, including Zehra, Vesiye, Hafidha, Oumama, Ilayda, and Ismail (the english translator). My consultant Miss Raghad (a pro in english language) who was in touch with me throughout, was extremely helpful and professional.Although the English communication wasn’t always perfect, the staff tried their best, and I felt well looked after. Their dedication and expertise were evident throughout the process.Clinic Environment:The clinic itself is large, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was consistently at work, ensuring that the facility stayed spotless, which adds a sense of comfort to the experience.Review for the customer manager not involving the medical staff who helped me:Concerns:One aspect I didn’t anticipate was the increase in the overall cost. Initially, I was under the impression that I’d be undergoing one surgery in a single day and flying back after hairwash and LLLT treatment the following day. However, upon arriving at the clinic and consulting with the chief doctor, the plan changed. I required 6000 grafts instead of the initially suggested 4000–4500, which led to the surgery being split into two sessions. Additionally, I was advised to opt for Stem Cell Treatment and Exosome Therapy for better recovery and hair density, which significantly added to the cost.Another unexpected cost came from the one-year supply of serums, shampoos, and vitamins, which wasn’t discussed during the initial consultation. Had I been informed of these additional expenses beforehand, I could have planned accordingly.Furthermore, the clinic extended my stay after my request a few times, due to the two-day surgery sessions, recovery period of definitely 1-2 days and a additional day for hairwash but I had to pay half the cost of the extra hotel stay, which felt unprofessional for a clinic of this caliber and when someone is paying a hefty amount for the full treatment and medication.Final Thoughts:Despite the unexpected costs, the professionalism, care, and cleanliness of the clinic were commendable. If you’re considering a hair transplant at Turkeyana, ensure you discuss all potential costs upfront, especially if additional treatments or extended stays are a possibility.
Very warm welcome, the medical team is top notch, they listen and do a wonderful job, very professional. Unlike the sales/consulting team, more precisely a young lady of Algerian origin who put pressure on us as soon as we arrived in order to be able to sell us complementary products. His approach was very insistent, bordering on harassment. We also had a quote drawn up including several services but once there the situation had changed which surprised us, and which is a shame.
