EUROZEN Esthetic are the best! I had my procedure two months ago and it was the best decision. I was very embarrassed with my thinning hair and didn't think there was hope for me, but from the ladies that work at reception to the consultation with (Ufuk) my fears started to subside. I spent many months researching various clinics in Turkey and found it difficult to establish whether the reviews were genuine given the comments in some of the online forums. I was just about to sign up with another clinic when someone at my work came back into work after using Hermest. Although it had only been a couple of weeks he was very happy with Hermest and mentioned to me that he had choosen Hermest as they only carried out a small number of procedures each day. I had 2,500 grafts approximately two weeks ago and the whole process was professional and friendly. I initially was concerned about how high they had choosen for my hairline but after the swelling had reduced I can see that it is just above the muscle structure which after doing more research is exactly where it should be. In summary and although it is early days I am very pleased with the results.

Batuhan Also introduced me to Dr. Giray Genc who turned out to be absolutely brilliant. Before I left Ireland, where I live, I had an online consultation with Dr. Giray and I realised after talking to him that I would be in good hands, as I was a bit nervous to go abroad for the procedure.I had a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift and top and lower lid blepharoplasty.I took pain killers for a few days, but to be honest I never suffered any pain, just some discomfort especially around the eyes in the first week but that was more due to the tape around the eyes than anything else. The experience was good. As promised i was picked up from the hotel and was brought to the hospital. The drivers were all really kind people and very careful. The staff who did the procedure was really really kind. The translator did an excellent job also and was really kind. The procedure itself went really smooth, the pain was bare-able but it differs from person to person. At the moment the results looks good. Will keep you guys updated after 6-7 months on how it all turned out. Anyone who is hesitant on wether which clinic he/she should go for. I really do recommend Lenus since I myself had a good experience here. I hope this experience will last until the end results and they wont ghost me once i am out of turkey 😄.All in all my experience for the moment was really good. Very thorough. Very patient. I was late at airport. The driver was so nice. They explained each part of the surgery every step of the way. They were consistently available. After the surgery they provided some traditional Turkish food. The package includes surgery hotel stay rides to and from medical facility and to and from airport. The medical staff had excellent bedside manners. There are multiple instructions I am required to follow after procedure. They took the time to explain any questions.

The treatments I have been applying for the last two months (stem cells, serums, etc.) have started to show significant effects in the first phase. The team is very professional and welcoming. I did my hair transplant with Dr. Terziler’s Exclusive Hair Clinic. The procedure went smooth and they were able to graft way more hairs than they said they could which was amazing. The whole staff was great, they were professional and very nice. I want to give a special shout out to my drivers, Erçin and Oğuzcan. They were amazing and very caring. I was traveling with my family and they were able to get us two cars to get us to our destinations. They went above and beyond to help us. Erçin took me back and forth from my appointments and always made sure I was comfortable and safe.
I had a positive experience here and am feeling good about my choice of clinic, I appreciated the support also from the staff. The sales people and my driver Ercin who’s communication was excellent, he picked me up at the airport and the next day from the hotel to and from the clinic, he like the others were very nice and made the effort to make me comfortable. If I had to note anything less than perfect It would be that I wish I had not been told that my head would be unshaven when it mostly 70% needed to be. Also, Beforehand my understanding was that Dr. Terziler personally would be one of the Dr’s working my case on the day, he was the one I had researched and made my decision on. In actuality he monitors and does a sort of quality assurance examination towards the end of the procedure. In actuality However this is a small annoyance and doesn’t negate the experience on the whole which is why I am still giving 5 stars.
