Been to Dr cinik clinic twice and can't fault it. Soon as you arrive at the airport your looked after well and well informed of every step, they sort you great accommodation and transfers. I would very highly recommend Dr Cinik, who I used for a DHI hair transplant at the end of March 2024 - my experience has been first class. I considered (and met) providers in Harley Street, London, but decided to go to Dr Cinik instead and believe that was absolutely right call. For three reasons: 1) I could get far more grafts in one sitting - 4,750 vs 3,000 (+50%!); 2) the op went very smoothly and all its parts were handled very professionally; and 3) better aftercare - from washes in the 2 days post op, to the post op saline, foam, shampoo, clear videos and check-ins. The whole experience was seamless and professional, with all the staff being very friendly.As an aside, I would highly recommend taking sedation as that ensured no pain at any time during the op and it went quickly / happily.Finally, I'm now at 5 months so my hair has now grown properly (it takes time) and it looks literally... fantastic! I've gone from being a bald man to one with, dare I say it, great hair. I can't believe how good the result is. Amazing and absolutely delighted.

The front part of the hair was too high, the hair transplanted to the back part did not hold. It poured back after time

My Hair Transplant Experience at Turkeyana ClinicI recently underwent a hair transplant at Turkeyana Clinic, completed in two sessions, and overall, I’m impressed with the professionalism and care provided by the clinic.Pick-up and Drop-off Service:The clinic offers a smooth pick-up and drop-off service. While the drivers were polite and accommodating, the language barrier (limited English) was noticeable, but it didn’t hinder the service much since Turkish is their native language, and they still made an effort to communicate.Surgery Team and Staff:The surgery team was highly professional, including Zehra, Vesiye, Hafidha, Oumama, Ilayda, and Ismail (the english translator). My consultant Miss Raghad (a pro in english language) who was in touch with me throughout, was extremely helpful and professional.Although the English communication wasn’t always perfect, the staff tried their best, and I felt well looked after. Their dedication and expertise were evident throughout the process.Clinic Environment:The clinic itself is large, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was consistently at work, ensuring that the facility stayed spotless, which adds a sense of comfort to the experience.Review for the customer manager not involving the medical staff who helped me:Concerns:One aspect I didn’t anticipate was the increase in the overall cost. Initially, I was under the impression that I’d be undergoing one surgery in a single day and flying back after hairwash and LLLT treatment the following day. However, upon arriving at the clinic and consulting with the chief doctor, the plan changed. I required 6000 grafts instead of the initially suggested 4000–4500, which led to the surgery being split into two sessions. Additionally, I was advised to opt for Stem Cell Treatment and Exosome Therapy for better recovery and hair density, which significantly added to the cost.Another unexpected cost came from the one-year supply of serums, shampoos, and vitamins, which wasn’t discussed during the initial consultation. Had I been informed of these additional expenses beforehand, I could have planned accordingly.Furthermore, the clinic extended my stay after my request a few times, due to the two-day surgery sessions, recovery period of definitely 1-2 days and a additional day for hairwash but I had to pay half the cost of the extra hotel stay, which felt unprofessional for a clinic of this caliber and when someone is paying a hefty amount for the full treatment and medication.Final Thoughts:Despite the unexpected costs, the professionalism, care, and cleanliness of the clinic were commendable. If you’re considering a hair transplant at Turkeyana, ensure you discuss all potential costs upfront, especially if additional treatments or extended stays are a possibility.

Unlike the sales/consulting team, more precisely a young lady of Algerian origin who put pressure on us as soon as we arrived in order to be able to sell us complementary products. His approach was very insistent, bordering on harassment. We also had a quote drawn up including several services but once there the situation had changed which surprised us, and which is a shame. Laminated VeneersIf you want to have your teeth fixed in Turkey, I recommend Ömer Istanbul.My teeth did not look aesthetically pleasing. I contacted Omer Istanbul on WhatsApp and the first suggestion was Zirconium Crown, but I did not want to do it. The people who work there are very understanding and kind people, being understanding, they did not force me into getting Zirconia crowns and offered Laminated Veneers and I accepted.Some of my relatives went to dentists in Turkey, but not all of them were happy with the results. Their teeth were falling out and their main teeth were turning black with decay. That's why I was hesitating before going to Turkey. I pulled myself together and Ms. Berrak, my patient consultant, helped me a lot. She is a kind-hearted person and she arranged the VIP hotel transfer and clinic appointments.The treatment was completed within 1 week and I was very satisfied.Another problem was teeth grinding. There were many tears on my cheeks and tongue. Botox was the first thing recommended, but I didn't have it done because it needs to be done every 6 months. I couldn't find time for this and I asked for a night protective plate / Night Guard, thankfully they gave it to me and I use it. I had a hard time putting it on at first, but after constantly washing it with paste, it became usable.I would like to thank everyone who worked there and contributed.
I have went to this dentist before summer, the agent i was assigned with tried to push me do whole mouth dental crown which thanks god i rejected it. My crown came off after 2-3 months and they have said that i just reglow but the dentist in Canada didn’t agree with it as the crowns are not well matched the teeth. under the crown has been already a little bit damaged and the dentists in Canada are asking me to remove all the crowns and put new one to prevent more damage to my teeth structure. They do everything fast and they don’t care about the quality even though they say they have warranty for 10 years but the customer service dose not reply properly. I am very sad that i have trusted them and got a high price lesson.

The worst experience of my life. Don't go there! They are FRAUDSTERS! No experience, they lie just to get you there. They will send you a picture of what your smile will look like. They only care about your money. A year ago they had 199 reviews, and now 143, strange, right? Notice that for every 1 negative review there are immediately several positive ones. Liars! I had crowns made there on all my teeth and 3 implants. They don't have Digital Smile Design as they promise on the website, and they send teeth impressions to a poor laboratory, like 30 years ago, which can't fit crowns properly. They sent my crowns back 5 times for correction, they don't make it on time, which results in your stay being extended. They won't give you your money back for rebooking your flight. They blackmail you that you will have to pay for a longer stay because of them. When I went back there after 3 months to finish the implants, they changed my treatment plan (which I paid for the day after the consultation) and made me pay a few hundred pounds more, which I did not agree to. Please do not go there! The crowns they cemented in are ill-fitting, too high, uncomfortable, they filed them down and it is still bad. 3 implants have gaps of 2 mm from the gums. Toothache, because they file through the dental pulp and they do not insert single crowns but as bridges, several. Even 2 crowns next to each other on implants are a bridge. They do not care about your health, they put crowns on broken teeth (I spoke to a patient who had crowns on black, filed down teeth, without treatment!). They do not care about you once you leave. The most important thing for them is money!!! Run away from there! You will avoid pain, disappointment and save money for further corrections and treatment after you return. Godent, don't write that I wasn't your patient, or that I was satisfied, because it's not true! You are frauds! the 3 photos are the view from the window of the hotel where you will be accommodated!

This Clinic is more than bad.I visited this dental clinic for treatment based on their promise that my teeth would be fixed in just two sessions. However, I ended up having to go four times. My summer vacations were wasted for two years because of their false promises. If they had informed me in the first session that I would need to come four times, I would have chosen a different clinic. Even after four visits from Norway to Turkey, my teeth are still not fixed and are causing pain.It has now been over two weeks since I last contacted them, and they still haven't responded to my messages. In Turkey, if a dental clinic damages your teeth, there is no reliable place to file a complaint. Even the few places that do exist may take years to address your issue. So, don't fall for this clinic's tricks—find another place for your dental treatments.
I went in waited over long timeIn lobby. They couldn’t do simple cleaning and filling. Told me they having technical difficulties so have to come back. I am on vacation here not wait in lounge. I came all way from other side of city to do this.

I said I will give a full review after I finish with my second trip and with the end result but I had the experience with few implants and a surgery in my jaw + sinus lift and bone graft.Which was an success after second day I didn't felt almost nothing on implants zones ..the surgeon is an expert can't complain he talks you through proces and all ..very fast hands 5 min a implant was doneWile I wait for my second visit in few months for this few things everything was smooth ..they provide even antibiotics if you need and painkillers ...place is very clean and staff is helpful.I'm glad I chose to go here than in my country where they can't make a plan for you they just don't know how to take your money faster ..I will not name the country Romania because I don't want them to feel bad .I will let you know in summer after everything if is worth full experience or just solve issues and have a little Holliday 😉I leave a short video as proof I'm not a spam 👍

The experience has been good so far. The clinic is very clean and well situated within what seems to be a newly developed shopping center. The staff is amazing and do a good job of understanding what we needed. Translation was effortless thanks to our client representative. Additionally, the implants itself are of high quality as requested.There are few things to note: There will be a surcharge if you are paying by credit card. Also, there will be an extra charge for additional days beyond what is relayed for the initial treatment. So plan your flight accordingly. This is taking into consideration that the clinic is closed on Sundays and some flight may arrive the next day if you are traveling from the US.The work is excellent, the facility is clean and top notch and the materials used are well known brands.Will definitely update here when I return to for the second phase to complete the procedure.

This was my first time doing medical tourism and I was so honestly so nervous because I had never been to Turkey, but the DentSpa team made the entire experience so easy. They not only picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel, which is a hotel near the clinic where patients receive a discounted rate, but for all of my appointments I was picked up in a private sprinter and dropped off as well so I never had to worry about transportation.The entire team was so nice and welcoming. I had medical advisors that guided me through the experience. They offered me a free facial on my first day because they knew I was so tired since I went straight from the airport to the clinic. That was really thoughtful of them. Even while waiting for the doctors, I didn’t have to sit in a waiting room because there is a private resting area where you can lay down and sleep or also sit in a full body massage chair.The treatment I received was an extraction of an infected tooth, the Straumann implant, and then a temporary crown. The procedure of pulling out the tooth didn’t hurt and I was surprised by how quickly I recovered because my tooth did not hurt the next day at all. I barely tooth the pain medication that I was given. The temporary crown was ready for me within one day, installed and now my smile looks back to normal again.I came to Turkey because the quote I received in America was literally so crazy, like $10,000. I honestly received better quality care here at DentSpa because the temporary tooth option (the healing process for an implant is 3 months) was a flipper which is removable and I hated that, but at DentSpa they offered a flipper or a temporary crown implant. I’m so glad my smile is back to normal. I’m super happy and I 100% recommend this clinic and I definitely look forward to returning.
Here for my first visit, everyone super friendly. Special thanks to Ahmad, Mounaim & Maggie; they were great. Ahmad was my coordinator who was great with all information needed at all hours due to the time difference between us. Mounaim was a big help whilst inside the clinic, he works hard. Transportation was good also. Something that can be adjusted by the company is maybe less waiting. There was a lot of waiting and shifting around from room to room.
You will definitely have a bad experience here. We are not satisfied with the work done on our teeth. Be cautious of misleading consultations aimed at imposing higher costs. During the consultation stage, they try to convince you that their proposal is better and, based on that, charge you more money. The receptionists lacking in social etiquette. The behavior of the staff changes once the payment is made, and they no longer pay attention to you as they did before.Due to disorganization for a specific procedure, our doctor was changed three times, which harmed the treatment process. Management does not hold the staff accountable for their unprofessional behavior and does not compensate for the damages incurred. I have many fond memories of the people of Turkey, who are hospitable and honest. It seems that Dent Spa is an establishment funded by investors from other countries and does not care about tarnishing Turkey's image or the health tourism sector in Turkey. At Dent Spa, everyone is focused on emptying your pockets.I will regularly update my bitter experience to avoid you falling into the same trap.
