I came to the clinic with horrible toothache without any appointment and Dr Köse checked my tooth 🦷 and he did also Xray to see what the problem was.. as I was on a short trip he gave me antibiotics to help remove the pain. Came to the clinic without an appointment they were happy to take me in. The clinic is really hygienic to the point where i had to put on plastic wraps for the shoes to walk in. The doctor is a very nice person friendly, speaks English as well. The teeth cleaning was outstanding because he did 2 types of polishing for the price of one ( the normal polishing that we all know + air power polishing ) price was very reasonable. He also noticed that my fixed retainers were a bit thick so he made it little thinner which was more comfortable. His medical assistant was also friendly and smiling. I would like to thank both Ms. Öznur and Mr. Muhsin who performed my root canal treatment. For the first time, I can go to a dentist without fear. They are very good at their job. After the root canal treatment and filling, I did not feel even the slightest pain.
Unfortunately, the result of our treatment was not best. The front tooth crown she put in my mouth did not match the colour of my other teeth. She gave me the option to either send it back to the lab to have the colour changed or pay to whiten the rest of my teeth. I paid to whiten my teeth. Well, the whitening resulted in the crown matching one side of my teeth and not matching the rest. She then said that she would send it back to the lab. When I came in, the tooth was even whiter. She then said she would whiten my teeth again, but the power went out. She did not offer to have the tooth colour changed or to have my teeth whitened again - we had to settle for it not matching. You can see in the photo the crown doesn't match the other front tooth.I would recommend you be a very strong advocate for yourself if you go to this dental clinic, as well as leave a lot of travel time for errors. She does not seem to carefully choose the crown colour, and there will be many mistakes that will take a lot of time to fix. When she chooses the crown colour, make sure to get her to move you to the window with sunlight and double check the colour. Do the same when the crown comes in.Another thing that is shady was that she said that tooth whitening would be permanent after a few applications, however a cursory google search reveals that laser tooth whitening cannot be permanent. I feel like we were given false information to convince us to pay the 2800 tl for the tooth whitening.Otherwise, Dr. Ozkan and her staff are nice people. We were over 2hrs late to our first appointment because we got lost, but she still accepted us. My low rating is because she could have been more careful in selecting the colour of my crown, and should have heard my concerns about the colour and sent it to get redone in the lab to match my other front tooth. I felt she was dismissive of these concerns.

I went yesterday afternoon based on a recommendation, the procedure I wanted to have was a teeth cleaning. It was the most amateurish procedure I have ever seen. I thought that not much could be done wrong when cleaning teeth, but I was wrong. After the procedure, I didn't notice because my gums were scarred and covered in blood, but when I looked closely today, they scratched 4 of my teeth, meaning the tooth mini was damaged. It was an incomplete and incorrect "teeth cleaning". It is unbelievable that they charged 800 TL for this procedure and damaged 4 of my teeth. I also received a ridiculous advice that if you bleach it, the color will lighten. I have my teeth cleaned frequently and the purpose is not to lighten the color.They are not professionals, whoever does such a simple operation wrong does everything wrong.

I went to Dentist Mehmet Bey for many treatments such as smile design, veneers, implants, fillings and teeth whitening. I was very pleased with each of them.
