Dr Ersin and his team has been great at following up, and answering my questions regarding the surgery I had with them. The surgery has been done very well, and I am only 10 days post op, but have had an overall good experience with them. Pain is to be expected when undergoing such an aggressive surgery, but the team and nurses have made sure that I feel as comfortable as I can while staying there. Worst Bbl ever!!! I got fat from my stomach,back, arms and chin removed and got a bbl. There is zero difference to before and because I gained a lot of weight for the bbl I’m still fat on the areas he removed fat from because he couldn’t do his job right! He told me he only injected 0,6l per side which is a joke!!!! I’m 7 months Post op now and I need to pay again for a bbl just because dr gonullu couldn’t do his job right. Because he’s on the more expensive side with his prices I hoped for a better result but it wasn’t professionally done at all. I also complained to his team but after they take your money from you they couldn’t care less about you or your result. 0/10 don’t recommend at all!!!!

My arrival The hotel was good, wonderful wanda view, spacious rooms, clean, fabulous breakfast. The only thing that is far away in a poligodo is that the only thing that saves you is that there is a shopping center nearby. The consultation with the doctor was very good. He is serious, very quiet, but you can see his professionalism. honest and realistic, he knows what can be achieved and the limits that there are, surgeries are not magic, keep in mind that there are limits and he knows it and transmits it to you. I had 360 lipo with j plasma double chin prosthesis replacement from 725cx to 925 it has experience with big breasts, the hospital is luxurious, you feel like you are in a 5-star hotel, the nurses take great care of you and are super friendly.

Amazing experience & amazing results! I could not be happier with the treatment & care I had from Dr Salih & his team. From my first contact Ata was so helpful & prompt in his replies to me-nothing was ever too much trouble. I travelled on my own to Turkey & it was great to have everything organised so I didn’t have to worry or plan anything. Ata even sent me a clear video of the arrivals hall at Istanbul airport & a walk through to where I would meet my driver. The drivers & vehicles which I had all my transfers with were lovely & included free WiFi. The hospital was unlike any hospital i have ever been to - it was like a 5 star hotel. My room was extremely spacious & all hospital staff were so lovely & caring. I met Dr Salih prior to my op (I also had a video consult with him prior to travel) & he explained very clearly what he would do & listened to what I disliked about my nose. Having been told by an Irish surgeon that he could not fix my nose tip (droopy), I was so happy that Dr Salih could fix this through ultrasonic rhinoplasty. I expected to be in pain after the op but I had none! I just felt like I had a head cold & was bunged up. The recovery was such an easy process & the Wanda Vista hotel where I stayed for a week after was really lovely. I had a lovely suite & the daily visits from the nurse were great. I had my cast removed 6 days post op & was so happy with the results then but everyday since I love my nose more as the swelling goes down! Everyone tells me I look like a completely different person but also that I look so much happier & confident! My only regret is not going to Dr Salih sooner! I no longer hide from mirrors & cameras!
I had a mammoplasty (Breast Reduction) with Dr Basat in May 2024 at Memorial Hospital. Ata, the patient coordinator was extremely helpful and informative. He always replied to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Having the hotel and transfers arranged is such a relief as it’s one less thing to worry about. The drivers were very friendly and the hotel was great.
Ata kept us informed with everything going on and was in touch with us throughout on the day when we arrived which made the whole day easier.
Onto the day of surgery, on arrival, we met one of the Doctors assistants outside the hospital. She was kind and helpful. When I was admitted, I was greeted by the sweetest nurse, Dilek. She was incredibly kind and warm and made the whole experience more comfortable.
I signed the consent forms in the morning and there was a hospital translator was present too. We were told that a translator was available 24/7 at the hospital if needed.
I had my consultation with Dr Basat in the morning on the day of surgery. He was kind, explained everything well, asked me what size I wanted and explained the surgical techniques he would be using. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions and listened to what I wanted. At no point did I feel confused or concerned. A few hours later I was ready for surgery. The nurses were so kind and kept reassuring me throughout the process. As a patient, being taken into the operating room can be quite scary as there is a lot going on and lots of people moving very quickly and doing many different things. It can feel overwhelming but it’s all very normal and I felt at ease having previously worked in anaesthetics myself.
I woke up in recovery and was in a lot of pain. They attended to me straight away and administered painkillers. They kept a close eye on me and gave me another dose of painkillers until I was comfortable. I was taken back up to my room where I was on a drip and made comfortable. A few hours later they brought me food.
I used the nurse call button once to ask for pain meds and they came straight away and gave me a paracetamol drip. They also gave me a sleeping pill which really helped.
In the morning, they brought me and my husband a really nice breakfast. The nurse came in and redressed my incisions and put on the compression bra. I was given all the meds I needed with clear verbal and written instructions of everything I was meant to take and when.
On our last full day, I had my final check up with Dr Basat and the nurses. They redressed my incision sites and removed and redressed my nipple bandages too. The nurses and Dr Basat went through wound aftercare and what to expect in the coming weeks and months. I was given an antibiotic cream for my nipple grafts and a second lot of oral antibiotics in case of a post op infection following the first course of antibiotics. They also gave me extra painkillers if I needed them and plenty of extra gauze. At this point, I was feeling extremely happy with my results and the whole experience.
The nurse helped me dress and I was ready to go home. They suggested a scar cream that I could buy there in Türkiye or in the UK. I decided to buy it there as it worked out a bit cheaper. I want to add that at no point did anyone try and sell me this cream or to buy anything extra. I also at no point had to pay for anything extra during my whole stay. Absolutely everything was included.
One more thing I would like to add is that I had no concerns with infection prevention and control or hygiene practices in the hospital or by the staff. I know this can be a concern especially when having surgery abroad, but as someone who is also a healthcare worker, their practice was meticulous.
I would highly recommend Dr Basat and his team. If I decided to get surgery for anything else, I would definitely go back to him. I can’t fault him, the nurses, the hospital or my experience one bit. Thank you to everyone for making me and my husband so comfortable and happy.

My experience has been completely stress free. From the moment I spoke to Adam who is the dr’s assistant I was totally relaxed. I was sent all the information, including qualifications which completely reassured me. I had contacted other companies but I was very impressed with all the help I was getting even before I landed in turkey. I didn’t have to get one taxi myself, all of the transfers were included. After I woke up from the surgery I was checked on every hour by the hospital evening staff and straight after surgery I was helped by the rest of the surgeons team. The day after the surgery I was discharged and taken back to my hotel. Adam messaged me everyday to check how I was getting on and I also had a nurse who would come to my hotel and check on me everyday to see how my nose was and clean it. After I returned back to the UK after 7 days Adam has still followed up with me to see how I’m getting on. Dr. Serkan Balta is undoubtedly an outstanding doctor, both professionally and personally. My stay in the hospital under his care was exceptionally pleasant. From the start I felt like I was in good hands and looked after. Dr. Balta and his team, especially Aylin, provided all-round professional and caring care, which I can only warmly recommend. In her hands I felt safe and well cared for, and I am very grateful for that. The result of my tummy tuck and liposuction is perfect and even exceeds my expectations. The absolute best experience of surgery ever! From arriving to leaving Dr Serkan and his team could not do enough for me. The nurses were so so friendly and kind and caring! I have no objection to Doctor's knowledge, experience and competence, but I do not believe that this clinic operates ethically in providing information. I reached the clinic via social media and the doctor's assistant sent me the address information and made my appointment. When I arrived, while I was waiting for about 20 minutes, we chatted with his assistant and secretary about the process and my ID information was taken and a record was created. When we talked to the doctor and determined the date for the surgery, we were asked for a fee for the meeting just as we were leaving. When I pointed out that they had not told me before that this meeting was paid, he said, "I'm sorry, we forgot." For this reason alone, I gave up having surgery here. I would not entrust my life to a place where such cunning is carried out. My advice to those who are going to go is to ask for written and stamped information about both the interview and the procedure to be performed, and then do not encounter any bad surprises. I don't have money for it, but doing this kind of cunning is a big ethical mistake....

During online consultation Dr yunus recommended arm lipo and lift, thigh lipo and renuvion, 360 lipo and renuvion and implant change and uplift. When I had an in person consultation and told him I didn't want an arm lift he said my skin was better than he had anticipated and reassured me I would have a good improvement with liposuction . I am 3 months post op now and deeply depressed. I have big dents and ridges on my thighs and arms from the cannula Being placed superficially. My arms and legs are saggy and I have crept skin all the way down. My stomach and Back is full of irregular folds . My breasts are of different shape and one looks squashed. I was a size 8 all I needed was a bit of toning. I can't wear short sleeves, tight tops or shorts now. This surgery has ruined my life as I live in a very hot country and I don't leave the house now as I have to cover my body and it’s too hot . On one occasion when I requested to speak to Dr yunus I was allowed 15 minutes only whereby I was told to wait 9 months and go back for lifts. I had said at the beginning that I was not willing to have lifts and that if I couldn't have improvements with plasma and lipo alone I wouldn't have had anything done. Truely couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Coordinators are fantastic, nurses are equally as good. Dr Orman has impeccable bedside manner and is honest, which bought me comfort as I was shown that he truely cares about his patients and isn’t just looking to add extras to increase price. You’re treated as family from the beginning and it makes the entire experience that much more special. I wouldn’t have changed anything about my experience and I’m excited to hopefully come back in the future for further procedures! I highly recommend Trio Clinic.
I live in Istanbul and decided to do liposuction with Dr.Orman at Trio Clinic. As requested I booked by paying deposit bank transfer. During final check up the day before surgery, scheduled since 2 weeks and for which my husband specially came back from France, the clinic manager informed us in a rude and aggressive way that all expenses should be pay immediately and by cash or they should significantly increased agreed price. As we wanted to pay by bank transfer and refused to pay this surgery by cash both for ethical and safety reasons and complained about this last minute new requirement, clinic manager and Dr.Orman decided to cancel the operation! Who are these people for whom tax free benefit matters more than respecting their word and taking care of patients who prepared all for a surgery in advance? We are far from medicine…. What a shameful behavior! Luckily, all Turkish doctors/clinics are not the same.
I had a BBL by Dr Cagdas last year and I was so happy with the result. He listened to me clearly when I explained how I wanted to look and was realistic with what was achievable. He came to check on me the morning after my surgery and kept in touch after the operation to make sure I was happy. I booked through a third party last time and wouldn’t recommend this - so in future I will be going directly to Dr Cagdas Trioclinic for any work. I can see the difference in aftercare and his staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful! Hygiene is evidently very important to him and how he works and this made me so much more at ease considering the risks of the surgery.

I'm now one month out of my breast reduction + lifting operation.
The operation and hospital stay were really professionnal. Even though I was alone and do not speak turkish, I could have a good idea of where we were at in the procedure and everything went smoothly. Rabia (Dr Erman's assistant) and all the nurses were as helpful and present as possible.
I asked Dr Erman for a smaller breast size that what he envisioned and he delivered (DD > B/C).
Even though I had kind of a "bad trip" during my waking up due to an extreme cold sensation, everyone took extra care of me and made sure to keep me warmed and relaxed.
I was pretty lucky to feel no pain at all.
The result is looking great even though I'm pretty heavily tattoed and it probably made it more difficult for Dr Erman.
The few days after the operation, I had a few appointments with nurses and doctors to ensure that everything was ok for me before going back home. I was in an hotel (medium quality) with a taxi service to and from the hospital (very good).

100% satisfied, I underwent an abdominoplasty and liposuction and the result is breathtaking. I arrived in Turkey and was welcomed at the airport to a 5 star hotel, the next day I was at the hospital and the doctor consulted me and did a health check to reassure himself that I am fit to undergo the 'intervention. Everything went well. The doctor was there all 3 days I was at the hospital, the nurses were wonderful, experienced and gentle. The Serpil masseuse has the hands of an angel, in short the team delivered. I am 40 days from the operation and the doctor and his team continue to monitor.
It's the best, don't hesitate, it's the most beautiful gift I've given myself in my life.

So so impressed with Atakan's service, care and professionalism. Spent 15 miutes and answered all questions as he had the knowledge, and went the extra mile and I'm not even a customer just showed an interest. His English is also flawless.
