Very bad experience with this clinic.
They do not keep the agreements and do not call back for further explanation. Very expensive prices compared to other clinics, and what really irritated me is that they shamelessly make overpriced quotes and push you to buy them, thinking that clients are really stupid!
This clinic in Antalya is absolutely NOT recommended!!!

It is with great pleasure that I want to share my impressions of my stay at Ersoy Hospital in Istanbul.
From the very first moment when I crossed the threshold of the hospital, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely high level of social and household conditions. Every room, every corner of the hospital radiated comfort and calmness, which inevitably contributed to my confidence and calm during the entire stay.
Dr. Hassan Erdem's team is an example of true professionalism. The attitude of the doctors, nurses and all the medical staff was not only correct, but also warm, humane and attentive. They were able to create a sense of security and trust while always being available to answer my every question and need.
The smiling faces of the staff and their willingness to help created an atmosphere where the patient felt valued and understood.
One of my biggest thanks goes to Perihan, my translator, who was by my side the whole time. Her presence was like a ray of light in an otherwise stressful process. With her positivity, empathy and endless patience, she was able to give me peace of mind and clarity at every stage of my stay. Perihan Karadzha is not only a professional, but also an exceptional person who leaves a lasting mark in the heart of everyone who has the pleasure of meeting her.
The doctors, nurses, nutritionists and support staff who take care of the cleanliness and comfort of the patients are true professionals of the highest class. Their every action was filled with care and attention to the smallest details. Smiling, calm and always ready to inspire courage and confidence, they created a sense of comfort and security, which is invaluable during periods of treatment.
My sincere thanks to all these wonderful people for the intervention, which went successfully and smoothly. I also thank myself for the conscious decision to choose this particular hospital and this team. It was one of the most important decisions of my life, and I am beyond grateful that I made it right here.

This surgery was the best decision of my life. Perihan, all doctors, nurses were extremely responsive and professional in their work. After 4 months I am minus 17 kg and I continue to lose weight. Do not expect miracles right away, after all, this is an operation, there is some discomfort, but the result is impressive. I live a new life. Thanks again to the lovely Perihan, to the whole team. I had surgery here just a few weeks ago and my experience was wonderful! The hospital was very clean and upscale. The entire team from doctors, nurses and nutrionists were amazing. From the moment I first reached out to this clinic through the surgery and recovery process It was a five star service. I found this clinic on Google and I reached out to them. In the first conversation with the team I was 100% sure that this was the place where I would like to have the surgery. Within the week I was already in Istanbul. We arrived on a late flight so the minute we arrived at the hospital We started doing all the tests. Everything came out normal and in the morning I was ready for the surgery. Everything went great. Recovery was very quick. I was in the hospital for three days. My first day of the surgery. I was already walking up and down the hallway. After initial three days at the hospital, we stayed at a hotel nearby for four more days. Came back for a check up five days after surgery and on the seventh day I flew back home. Through the whole stay in Istanbul I had 100% support from the doctor and his whole team. Everybody was so amazing. Most of the doctors team speaks English, and the communications were very easy, however, they do have translators for many different languages so nothing to worry there. So far I’ve lost almost 60 pounds. My surgery was in November 2022. Through the whole process of recovery until today I had unmatched support from the whole team. Nutritionist were amazing. They explained everything that you are supposed to eat and how you’re supposed to eat. Any questions I had after I came back home, the doctors were literally a text message or a phone call away. With the WhatsApp I was able to reach them at any time I needed them for anything and any questions. This surgery changed my life. I feel amazing. I feel healthier, happier and of course I look great. I recommend this clinic and Dr. He 100% to anyone who is thinking about doing this type of surgery.

The food was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and it was the reassurance you need when travelling alone for something quite personal. I went to Revitalize for a hysterectomy in Nov 2023 after waiting 4 years for NHS surgery. The whole experience was fantastic. Dr Guher was wonderful and my surgery was in the most gorgeous hospital, more akin to a five star hotel. I was given excellent care by the nurses and my pain was dealt with as soon as I asked. I requested to stay an extra day in the hosoital and again no problem. Home for three weeks and feeling very well with a nicely fading fine scar. I have been to Revitalize for cosmetic and dental surgery in the past and havw always had the best of care. I truly belive they are worth every star.

I had a breast uplift/reduction in September and couldn’t be happier with the experience I had from start to finish. From the initial consultation, my arrival in the early hours, the consultation with Dr Cenk, the operation, the time in the villa, to the post op check up, it was all fantastic! Been to Revitalize in Turkey in March 2022 for bariatric sleeve surgery & was that happy with my results I returned in October 2023 for skin removal (tummy tuck & uplift).
I was extremely happy with everything. The hospital, the surgeon, the carer, the villa, all the staff specially Tiona & not forgetting the transport man.

Not a very good experience. The pediatrician would not listen to our concerns and did not even try to address them. His response to our concerns was “so what”. They were giving IV (serum) to my son and after the bottle was empty, the nurse did not even check and his blood was flowing back into the tube. We had to call her to remove it. Instead of a holistic approach to care, you have to go back to the front desk to pay for every individual item, which would require many back and forth(s) with a sick child. There must be a better way to run a private hospital.

Doctor Direl fitted artificial lenses to my wife's eyes. We were so pleased that about three months later his brother went to the same doctor. However, after the check-up, he was told that he did not need lenses. A few days later I went to see him again. He told me that my eyes were not suitable for this.

We took our daughter when she was 2.5 years old because her eye became inflamed and closed, and today (she is 5 years old) we took her to remove some dust that was stuck in her eye. Doctors are incredibly intolerant, doctors in public hospitals are more friendly. After trying to persuade him to remove the object for 5 minutes because the child was not opening his eyes, he huffed and puffed and directed him to remove it with anesthesia. 1200 lira examination. A complete swamp of fraud. The examination fee, normally 1000 TL, suddenly increased to 250 € when they saw my foreign ID. When I stated that I did not accept this situation, I was met with disrespectful and indifferent attitudes of the staff. After a long and stressful debate, I finally decided to go elsewhere. I received the worst treatment I have ever experienced in my life here. It is definitely a place that is unprofessional and does not care about patient satisfaction. They see you as a customer, not a patient...
Anyone who has the means should not choose this place. It's really bad. The name Batıgöz should be changed to Paragöz, because their only concern is money. Moreover, they do not issue an invoice for the fee they want and explain this by saying "it does not happen due to the system". This clearly shows that they are committing tax evasion. It's a shame that such a business even exists.

I made an appointment and took my daughter to an ophthalmologist named m..e.. While I was there for my 9.30 appointment, the patient with a 10.00 appointment was taken in and then another patient walked in with a file in his hand. Thank you, the examination was completed within 5 minutes without looking at our faces. I will never go to the same doctor again. I don't recommend it either.

I would highly recommend Clinic Arts to everyone who is looking to go to Istanbul for surgery. Everything was organised by the admin team (Atakan) was the person who I was in contact with. I had surgery by Dr Burak Alhan, he was definitely truthful and honest when it came to my procedure and looked at my best interest. I had a consultation prior to coming to Istanbul and then in the office a day before the operation. The hospital was nice and the nurses at the hospital were very supportive and reassuring with everything. The aftercare was all sorted out again by the team with no stress on my behalf, I saw many people at the office who flew in for surgery. I am so happy with my outcome that I went to Clinic Arts. This clinic is run by a team who are responsive and see the duty of care of their patients as the most important thing.

Starting with the driver Levant, who was always kind and punctual, and Atakan, the international patient advisor, who is helpful, friendly and always on hand to help and answer questions, our experience was great right from the initial interactions all the way to the end of our final check up.

The clinic itself is in a beautiful location - it is clean and relaxing with a beautiful view.

Finally, with regards to our fantastic surgeon, Burak Alhan, I will be leaving a separate review under his Google page.

In November I had my Rhinoplasty (nose surgery). I've felt very welcome at all times and the people working there were unbelievably nice and welcoming, the organization itself was perfect, transfer was always there on time, again really nice people! The Team would always check up on me and anytime I had a question I would get a quick answer back. The time I sent in the hospital after the surgery was absolutely perfect too! Everytime I would need something they would be there as quickly as they could and I never felt alone. I had the surgery done by Dr.Metin Kerem and even he checked up on me while I was in the hospital so if you're thinking of changing something about yourself and knowing you're in good hands me and my daughter that was there too to help me understand everything (hi I'm the daughter writing this I was translating everything from English to bosnian 🙋) definitely recommend!!! 11/10 experience, I'm excited to visit you guys again!

I have not enough words to describe the experience I had with this clinic.The kindness with which each and every one of them treats you is great! From the beginning I was able to notice the professionalism of all the staff. A week ago I had my nose job and I couldn't be happier. Even the hospital staff was great. I recommend 100% this clinic and all its work staff. Without a doubt, if in the future I have to undergo another aesthetic procedure, I would choose this clinic again.

Excellent service and facility. Prof. Vafi Attala saved my life. I did a surgery there. He is the best. Actually he should be appointed as president of hospital. Much love from Hassan. Also the nurses are top. Sooo clean and helpful. Translator Saleh and Dr Muhammet are also great. I went there twice. I love it. But the payment section is not very professional because they didn't seem welcoming. Other than that, all Lovely 😍🌹

Sent test results across for a second opinion and still waiting for the next step - a payment to move forward with the diagnosis, or more tests if needed.
Both the international booking manager and the doctor never got back to us with any answer! I followed up with the booking manager and she never replied to me!
Very disappointing as we almost travelled to Turkey for this! I don’t recommend this hospital at all! Everyone is unprofessional and it feels like they are just gathering international health data!

All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied.

We tried to get treatment for a twisted ankle. Diagnostics were very tiring, we went to hospital multiple times and chased for the results.
In the end they decided to apply casting to my wife's foot. The operators were terrible, they didn't check and see the scar on the foot before doing casting. After a day, we took the initiative and informed them about the scar. Their reaction and the fix was also terrible.
After one week, my wife's foot started to get numb, she was in pain. We went to the same hospital emergency. The emergency doctor didn't explain anything, he didn't answer any questions although we insisted on multiple times. The cast was removed that day. After months my wife's foot is still numb! I will never go to this hospital again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Very good hospital. All the staff are big professional. Wish no body to need this kind of service but I was very surprised from the whole experience that we have had when was there. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful professional that made our stay there easy. The doctors visit us Saturday and Sunday also - explain everything very clear and easy for understanding. Our coordinator/translator Julide organised everything very quick and easy fo us she is the best one ❤️ !!!! Special thank to the whole professional team of Prof. Dr. Metin Çakmakçı, Dr. E.
