I had a surgery with Dr Ergin Er over a year ago and he totally botched my body (my stomach and my thighs are deformed) and since I have also been trying to fix postoperative adhesions on my thighs which are a nightmare.

Right from the start, all my questions were answered at every time by an assistant via whats app. There was a reliable transfer to every appointment, from/to the airport and from/to the hospital, the hotel was very central and nice. The team and the procedure as a whole were very professional, and Dr. Cem is also a specialist who responds to individual wishes. I just wanted a minor procedure with a natural result and I am more than satisfied. The swelling is still visible after more than a month (for people who knew me before), but I only had bruising and severe swelling for a few days after the operation. What you need to know: the operation is carried out in a hospital in Istanbul, the nurses don't speak English and some of the equipment is outdated, but this has nothing to do with the quality of the operation. you have to expect this circumstances if you fly to Turkey for a nose job. I stumbled upon Dr Yavuz Selim Yildirim when I was researching for a revision rhinoplasty surgeon who was experienced with revision cases. I had previously had 3 rhinoplasty's (I know I sound crazy but I am not lol). These rhinoplasty's had left me with dents on the side of my nostrils and suffering from Polk peak and overall aesthetics of the nose was not attractive. Mr. Hasan is a really good doctor, a very good person and surgeon. I'm glad we crossed paths with Mr. Hasan and his team. Due to the inflammatory process in my nose, many doctors hesitated to operate on my nose. First, they applied the necessary treatment to stop the inflammatory process and then, when the inflammatory processes stopped, the surgery process was started. Before the surgery, he explained to me in detail the difficulties of the surgery and everything possible. Since he was very confident, we started the process without hesitation. I did not have a companion with me because my children were going to school on the morning of the surgery. His team personally came early in the morning and stood by me until I went into surgery. I would especially like to thank Mr. Erhan for not leaving us alone with the closeness and care of a brother. My family was constantly informed by phone while I was in surgery. It was great to see my own family and team with me after the surgery was over. The care at the hospital was excellent. Continuous control and monitoring. I didn't feel any pain or anything. I was very comfortable. After we were discharged, we were constantly checked. Even our smallest simple questions were answered. There is no trace left of the inflammatory process deformity and intranasal complications in my nose. I have a very popular nose shape. If you are looking for a physician who is incompetent in his post-operative care and attention to be treated as if he had not performed an operation that was performed incorrectly or had a negative outcome, as if it were a normal operation, then you are in the right place. As someone who has a doctor in his family, it has been proven by expert reports that he made a mistake in the eyelid operation I performed on my mother. The sad part is that he first acted as if nothing had happened, and then when he heard the complaint, he tried to fake it. We have already forwarded it to the relevant place. This was my first ever surgery, and what an amazing experience it was. Doctor salih onur basat is a wonderful surgeon. He made me the best version of myself. Couldn’t recommend him enough. even i still have cast on my nose, but i can see the difference. The best part is I don't have pain at all and not any bruising. It's amazing.

It was difficult to decide since I had a bad experience in Turkey, poor results, I contacted Martin, my translator, at all times, informing me of everything, very close, very sincere and honest, I felt like I had known him all my life, in the end I decided to have surgery with them. My arrival The hotel was good, wonderful wanda view, spacious rooms, clean, fabulous breakfast. The only thing that is far away in a poligodo is that the only thing that saves you is that there is a shopping center nearby. The consultation with the doctor was very good. He is serious, very quiet, but you can see his professionalism. honest and realistic, he knows what can be achieved and the limits that there are, surgeries are not magic, keep in mind that there are limits and he knows it and transmits it to you. I had 360 lipo with j plasma double chin prosthesis replacement from 725cx to 925 it has experience with big breasts, the hospital is luxurious, you feel like you are in a 5-star hotel, the nurses take great care of you and are super friendly.

Amazing experience & amazing results! I could not be happier with the treatment & care I had from Dr Salih & his team. From my first contact Ata was so helpful & prompt in his replies to me-nothing was ever too much trouble. I travelled on my own to Turkey & it was great to have everything organised so I didn’t have to worry or plan anything. Ata even sent me a clear video of the arrivals hall at Istanbul airport & a walk through to where I would meet my driver. The drivers & vehicles which I had all my transfers with were lovely & included free WiFi. The hospital was unlike any hospital i have ever been to - it was like a 5 star hotel. My room was extremely spacious & all hospital staff were so lovely & caring. I met Dr Salih prior to my op (I also had a video consult with him prior to travel) & he explained very clearly what he would do & listened to what I disliked about my nose. Having been told by an Irish surgeon that he could not fix my nose tip (droopy), I was so happy that Dr Salih could fix this through ultrasonic rhinoplasty. I expected to be in pain after the op but I had none! I just felt like I had a head cold & was bunged up. The recovery was such an easy process & the Wanda Vista hotel where I stayed for a week after was really lovely. I had a lovely suite & the daily visits from the nurse were great. I had my cast removed 6 days post op & was so happy with the results then but everyday since I love my nose more as the swelling goes down! Everyone tells me I look like a completely different person but also that I look so much happier & confident! My only regret is not going to Dr Salih sooner! I no longer hide from mirrors & cameras!
I had a mammoplasty (Breast Reduction) with Dr Basat in May 2024 at Memorial Hospital. Ata, the patient coordinator was extremely helpful and informative. He always replied to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Having the hotel and transfers arranged is such a relief as it’s one less thing to worry about. The drivers were very friendly and the hotel was great.
Ata kept us informed with everything going on and was in touch with us throughout on the day when we arrived which made the whole day easier.
Onto the day of surgery, on arrival, we met one of the Doctors assistants outside the hospital. She was kind and helpful. When I was admitted, I was greeted by the sweetest nurse, Dilek. She was incredibly kind and warm and made the whole experience more comfortable.
I signed the consent forms in the morning and there was a hospital translator was present too. We were told that a translator was available 24/7 at the hospital if needed.
I had my consultation with Dr Basat in the morning on the day of surgery. He was kind, explained everything well, asked me what size I wanted and explained the surgical techniques he would be using. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions and listened to what I wanted. At no point did I feel confused or concerned. A few hours later I was ready for surgery. The nurses were so kind and kept reassuring me throughout the process. As a patient, being taken into the operating room can be quite scary as there is a lot going on and lots of people moving very quickly and doing many different things. It can feel overwhelming but it’s all very normal and I felt at ease having previously worked in anaesthetics myself.
I woke up in recovery and was in a lot of pain. They attended to me straight away and administered painkillers. They kept a close eye on me and gave me another dose of painkillers until I was comfortable. I was taken back up to my room where I was on a drip and made comfortable. A few hours later they brought me food.
I used the nurse call button once to ask for pain meds and they came straight away and gave me a paracetamol drip. They also gave me a sleeping pill which really helped.
In the morning, they brought me and my husband a really nice breakfast. The nurse came in and redressed my incisions and put on the compression bra. I was given all the meds I needed with clear verbal and written instructions of everything I was meant to take and when.
On our last full day, I had my final check up with Dr Basat and the nurses. They redressed my incision sites and removed and redressed my nipple bandages too. The nurses and Dr Basat went through wound aftercare and what to expect in the coming weeks and months. I was given an antibiotic cream for my nipple grafts and a second lot of oral antibiotics in case of a post op infection following the first course of antibiotics. They also gave me extra painkillers if I needed them and plenty of extra gauze. At this point, I was feeling extremely happy with my results and the whole experience.
The nurse helped me dress and I was ready to go home. They suggested a scar cream that I could buy there in Türkiye or in the UK. I decided to buy it there as it worked out a bit cheaper. I want to add that at no point did anyone try and sell me this cream or to buy anything extra. I also at no point had to pay for anything extra during my whole stay. Absolutely everything was included.
One more thing I would like to add is that I had no concerns with infection prevention and control or hygiene practices in the hospital or by the staff. I know this can be a concern especially when having surgery abroad, but as someone who is also a healthcare worker, their practice was meticulous.
I would highly recommend Dr Basat and his team. If I decided to get surgery for anything else, I would definitely go back to him. I can’t fault him, the nurses, the hospital or my experience one bit. Thank you to everyone for making me and my husband so comfortable and happy.

My experience has been completely stress free. From the moment I spoke to Adam who is the dr’s assistant I was totally relaxed. I was sent all the information, including qualifications which completely reassured me. I had contacted other companies but I was very impressed with all the help I was getting even before I landed in turkey. I didn’t have to get one taxi myself, all of the transfers were included. After I woke up from the surgery I was checked on every hour by the hospital evening staff and straight after surgery I was helped by the rest of the surgeons team. The day after the surgery I was discharged and taken back to my hotel. Adam messaged me everyday to check how I was getting on and I also had a nurse who would come to my hotel and check on me everyday to see how my nose was and clean it. After I returned back to the UK after 7 days Adam has still followed up with me to see how I’m getting on. I was very happy with all the aftercare as I can imagine some places do not care about you after the surgery. Adam and the rest of the team were so lovely and helpful, even the taxi drivers. Overall I was so so happy with my experience and so happy I chose Salih.
