After disaster last year at another dental clinic, I visited Adaport Dental Clinic last week.
They immediately recognized the problem and suggested a treatment plan.
For me, the fact that I had to have all the crowns in my upper jaw completely removed was of course very bitter, because I had paid a lot of money, but it was of no use. All crowns had to be made from scratch.
I was mentally very tense because it was difficult for me to trust a dentist again, but my fear was unfounded because HERE the work is extremely professional, precise, careful and hygienic.
Both Mr. Köse and his wife are absolutely empathetic and friendly doctors who make you feel like you are in good hands. They always tried to put the most beautiful smile on your face.
The fact that Mr. Köse completed 4 years of further training in the field of prosthetics is reflected in his work. He is absolutely precise and careful and pays attention to his work down to the last detail. He really does a true masterpiece in his work.
I really liked the whole atmosphere in the clinic, and the assistants were also courteous and friendly. I felt very comfortable from the start.
For me it was the best decision to come here. I am absolutely happy about my new teeth and am deeply grateful for the great results.

on arrival to Turkey I was met as agreed by a people carrier hardly vip transfer . I then get taken to a so called boutique hotel organised by selfie smile . I refused to stay here due to hygiene and safety . The mattress was rotten wallpaper falling off . Fridge dirty and the bedding never even covered the mattress .
Now let’s start with the clinic . Lots of unprofessional behaviour on arrival just told to sign and telephone number . No explanation of what the form was and how important the consent form you are signing . Next red flag . Called to the treatment room and the dentist said to me hello what can I do . Alarmed I was and surely this organisation is aware of me being booked for a week Hollywood smile procedure . So I explained and then told I can have 20 crowns and she can start now . Ok I was unaware of anything but in my mind this organisation is now gonna complete a procedure on me . They have no information on me such as address , next of kin , health history. 2 hours later I’m left with a mouth of thangs . Long story short the teeth have been shaved too much now and crown is not stable . Going along the week still not much communication from anyone . And all seemed a bit rushed and tried to explain when do we talk about the shade and design. This was a tooth being shown to me and a iPhone picture . I was sold something completely different .
Left to go back to hotel which I had moved to a bette one . I had just my shark teeth and sensitive pain and nothing to help.
Next day tried to explain I want longer top
And level the bottom teeth .
I was not given a chance really to get my point across and in the end I gave up. I was glued without them getting my consent which I have now found out and left to fly home dissatis. So 7 days back in the U.K. treating my new crowns like babies . Wake up and the crown at the front is completely cracked . Now I never knew or was not told these crowns would be all joined in groups which is unhygienic. So I now have bleeding gum from the crown pushed to roof of my mouth.
Contact the clinic. Had to pay for another flight and then was holiday in turkey so I was there for extra days which was the only good thing .
Arrived and by now they knew I had complained and all paperwork on point but still not the first consent on arrival. Had my teeth knocked off and replaced with a better make over . Now again 7 days later I have an issue of a hole in the roof of my mouth not treated from a bad fitting crown that is just about clinging on to the stump the dentist has shaved too much. The iconic product is getting smaller day by day and when I complained to the dentist . Dr kamel the owner has produced medical report that is clearly different from what I discussed in my departure with the dentist that did the treatment ., he has done this to get out of the guarantee . Other documents been falsely made and dated . It’s just a horror story that you never think is going to happen to you. But when on a telephone call with the owner Dr Kemal about the awful product and how I’m now dissatisfied and mentally drained from this .
No solution is given or tried to be found on their behalf. I will not let them make a third mistake to me . But this man will just not accept it’s a fault in the product the treatment and his behaviour dealing with this . I am now left living this nightmare and he hung up the telephone on me .
One unprofessional service not once but 2 times.

I Lost a front tooth a few months before our family holiday to Kusadasi so I thought I’d drop in and see if they could help while I was over there.
Everything went very well, very encouraged by the cleanliness and spec of the facility, staff were really amazing and couldn’t have done more for me. Called taxis for me when I was finished and all!
It helped that the place was full of Irish like myself all over to have work done which settled any doubts I may have had!
Had me fixed up in a few visits and they were extremely reasonable on the price.
I will need to return for more work and I will definitely go back to Nova.
