I visited mono clinic in Izmir to get zirconium crowns and everything from the transfers to dental treatment was amazing. My dentist was great and my personal assistant Azra was amazing and very helpful. I spent the night I arrived and the night before my return home in a beautiful hotel and the other 3 nights were spent in the hospital. Everyone has their own rooms so if your husband was with you and wanted to stay there then there is a sofa in your room to sleep on or if he didn’t want to stay at hospital he always has the hotel he can stay in. Very spotless hospital and before surgery you are put through about 5 pre op checks. ECG Ultrasound X-ray Bloods and Cardiologist. I paid £2,500 for this ( they pay you most of your flight costs back as well) I think at the moment they have an offer on for £ 2, 350 . Honestly if it is something you really want to do then I would recommend here. I would trust Dr Gül with my life. It was recommended to me and I have no regretsI am 4 weeks today post op and I feel amazing. If I had to go through it again I would but only at Sanamentum where I was treated like I was the only one who mattered. Even now if I have a question for the aftercare team I send them a message and they are back to me in minutes. No place better than Sanamentum

Do not contact. I wrote to enquire about this service and after asking several times to be removed from the mailing list. Yet they continue to contact to message me and its really annoying.
Avoid at all costs, they care about nothing just money, a fraudulent fairly newish company who don’t know what they’re doing, they claim they have a London office but that’s not really true its just some Turkish guys in a flat with phone, same people use different numbers and pretend to have different roles. They hook and lure you in first then you realise they’re cons. If anyone wants to see proof of how they conned me message me and I’ll show the proof.

Recently had a Hair transplant with Sanamentum - brilliant service I felt genuinely cared for the whole time on my solo visit to Turkey. Everything was 100% efficient and accurate from first whats app messages to being escorted back the the airport - no problem with the language barrier - no transportation worries or waiting around due to translator / escort included - all times and instructions were bang on. The Attention to detail from Sanamentum far exceeded expectations even providing a food pack as procedure started before breakfast ant the hotel and a personal letter to custom’s explaining 150ml after care gel in hand luggage. I went in October 2023. Was given a price of £4400 for implants and crowns. When the scans and xray were done the price jumped up to £7400. I agreed to the work being done and paid half the money. They then changed the dental plan as I was in the chair because the dentist preforming the surgery didn't agree with the dentist who did the consultation. After they removed all my top teeth and did the implants. A few days later I went back to have the temperature denture fitted and was informed that the revised dental plan would be an additional £1500 on top of the £7400. I flatly refused to pay saying that they should of told me before the procedure if the price was going to be more. I was expecting the price to be less as i was having 4 less implants. I'm due to go back next month for my final teeth and crown's but casas clinic will not give me a confirmation of the final dental plan and final costs. They have not responded to my last 3 what's app messages sent 2 days ago. I'm now left with no upper teeth and having to find another clinic who are prepared to finish the work. Trusting Casas clinic is one of the worse decisions I've ever made.

Good morning, my friend and I had a negative experience, the surgery was not performed properly, the assistance, not even the translator, only came for one day and then they abandoned us for just three days. Then they took us to the doctor's office. doctor where we asked some questions but he seemed annoyed they removed the drains and sent us to the hotel and until we left we didn't see anyone between we left the assistance...but the most serious thing when we got home we spent another 1500 euros for massages and dressings, and the result is not there, I have a back deformed by liposuction and full of bruises, abdominoplasty but my belly has remained as it was, the very ugly scar... and my friend says the same, disappointed and dissatisfied and little.Having said that, don't trust this zero clinic.Also because in the photos if you look at those who have the surgery done afterwards they have the same underwear and is it possible for you? They do a photo shop for me.This is me after 6 months of surgery

Aftercare is so awful or should I say lack of aftercare. hermes is a awful company to use stay well away hospital used fultly equipment resulting in me needing another surgery but hermes DONT care. Also add extra cost and are awful at responding to sort problems out. Hospital was dirty blood on walls and bed not much English internet is awful they just make you sit around all day and night not telling you what's going on ect.STAY WELL CLEAR OFF HERMES!!!P.S Hermes loves to delete bad feedback so will be reporting this everyday!
Hermes dental clinic ..!!!! The story is specifically about the clinic in the city of Izmir, Turkey. When I applied for the creation of implants, I had to pay more than £500 in advance and the galley fee for the agreed work was £5,600. The price included transport and a private hotel room. Upon arrival in the city of Izmir, we were met by transport to the hotel. but then there was already the first surprise-! the hotel room was a small room with 2 beds and a broken toilet door. One small room sleeps 2 adult men, although we pay money for a separate room. Then the next day I arrived at the Hermes dental clinic, I was met with the next surprise 🤯 the price increased from £5,600 to £8,400, which I was naturally surprised and angry about. of course, I was not ready for that price change and refused the service. The only thing that was offered was to make a temporary prosthesis which cost £460 and as a result I have spent £1260 together with the plane tickets and got a temporary prosthesis with which you cannot eat or drink hot drinks 🤯 plus another terrible experience with a hotel where you live in one room a stranger. a room where you can't close the toilet door..!!! I do not recommend Hermes dental clinic Izmir Turkey to anyone...!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Experience was great from start to finish, was picked up from airport and taking straight to hotel on time. Staff were friendly and welcoming catered to my needs. Very happy with the overall experience.
10/10 experience. Went to have my rhinoplasty done and I am so glad I did it with them. Dr Fatma was my surgeon and she did what I wanted and more Im very happy to have come across this clinic and Im also happy my results and expectations were satisfied!

I wish I had opened and read the comments before. After going to the clinic, it feels like you went somewhere under the stairs. It was as if they were welcoming someone from the street and told them to sit back in the consultant's chair without even taking me to the examination room. I was shocked. If you care about yourself and your money, don't go.
I do not recommend. I had sagging under my eyes and had fat filling done. When I was returning home after the operation, my area under my left eye was extremely swollen and bruised. I called at that moment and explained the situation. He said it was normal. When I went for a check-up, my left under eye was still purple and swollen. He said it was normal again. 6 years have passed and my left under eye is still swollen. The fat has melted, but I still have swelling under my eyes. I had fillers under my eyes to make them look aesthetic, but it didn't make any sense, it was sunken at first and then swollen. A doctor who does not stand behind his mistakes.
I went with the request of lip filler, which is considered a simple procedure. The result was that I felt like I had gone somewhere under the stairs. Now, I started looking for a doctor to dissolve the fillers that got stuck on my lips, in other words, on my mustache, and the lumpy fillers that came to my hand. I wasted both time and money. I also had a botox procedure performed on him and he probably injected water. I can't find words to express my anger.
If that star were to be given, I would give it zero stars. I had lip filler 5 years ago and the filler was a prohibited type of filler. My lips formed a cyst and it was a type of filling that could not be removed from the body no matter what I did. I was left helplessly with knobs on my lips. He is definitely a doctor who acts like he knows his job and doesn't know anything. Palas Pandıras inserts the needle without measuring or looking. And as a result you are left disappointed
