STAY AWAY FROM THIS DANGEROUS AND BOTCHED UP CLINIC
I came for surgery 1 and a half years ago for rhinoplasty and all was great at first they were very accomodating and organised my consult with a “specialist surgeon ” from what they called him.
I went into the clinic the day before surgery and met with the doctor that seemed confident with what he was doing but he was extremely rude and insulting. I thought I’d ignore this and process with my procedure. On the day of surgery I grave them $8000 in cash and they said to me that I had not given them enough money. Which I had counted 3 times prior to giving it to them tried scamming me for more $$$. Until I requested they recount and refused that I had paid them short. We ended up resolving this issue and proceeded with the procedure. I woke up from surgery with my whole body shaking as if I was having a seizure and the surgeon came up to me and literally told me to “SHUT UP” in pain and in tears extremely weak I was not in the position to defend myself and tolerated his nonsense. I remember waking up and my nose was completely blocked and couldn’t breath I told the surgeon he said that this was normal and that once swelling went don’t it would be complete normal again.
1years later I had seen final result nose was all crooked and not straight and my nose completely blocked cannot breath at all.
I reached out to ESTETIK INTERNATIONALlast year and along with my X-ray from the specialist and photo of my crooked nose I requested that they rectify this issue and fix my nose that was blocked and crooked. They refused to take any responsibility and said that the doctor no longer works with them and that I have to pay 4000 euro to re-do my nose. They are not even responding to my emails and have left me completely disfigured in my face and unable to breathe. This is a disgrace and shameful act on behalf of this hospital.
I will be taking legal action and hope to resolve this issue as I am not letting it slip.
They continue to blame dodgy doctors that they contract and allocate to their customers but they are the ones allocating these doctors.

when I contact them to fix this, they told me that I have to pay 500 Euro for the cost of the surgery room, plus the cost of the ticket and the hotel (the total will be almost 1500 Euro) to fix their mistake
and when I was argueening with the manager she hung up the phone before I finsh talking .. she was very rude and unhelpful.
the hospital looks great but the servers not good, so much oily food have been served and the nurses get sleep after midnight it was so hard to find someone to help.

regarding my case, including the fact that I am left in severe pain. The below is a message that Cezmi from the clinic sent to me recently despite stating in a reply on here that my refund would be dealt with immediately. I continue to wait for the clinic to issue a legitimate refund to me of monies paid. (Unfortunately, I cannot help you in this regard, but I continue to question your reimbursement status for any services not provided by us.

He has also elevated the prices of small work done at the clinic to prices higher than I would pay in Europe. This again is true proof of the kind of people who are working at the clinic. Very disappointing. I attended this clinic from abroad recently for pre planned 8 day stay to complete all planned dental work. I had between 3-4 hours of work done at the clinic during my entire 8 day stay and absolutely none of my dental work was done. Also the deposit I was asked to pay for my treatments has not been returned despite requests for same to be done. I would not advise anyone to attend this Clinic.
I want to clarify that the clinics reply to my testimonial was inaccurate. They wrote that they were going to pass on the information to the Management team to follow up on same.
Whilst I was in the clinic I met with Management and the owner of the clinic who were all aware of the details regarding the clinic not fulfilling their job of doing my dental work in the time allocated.
My 8 days as a patient of the clinic in Turkey were an utter waste of my time.
Despite me meeting with the owner and Management, they still have not returned my deposit despite having had none of my dental work.
In the last few days a piece of metal placed in my gum attached to one of my implants suddenly fell out of my gum. This posed a choking threat to myself and yet again no response back from the clinic. I reiterate that no one should attend this clinic for dental work so as not to experience what I have.
They have asked for my review to be deleted.This is a very underhand request which should send a clear message to everyone to not have dental work at this clinic. Also they are again being dishonest in their posted reply. Management met and spoke with me on my last day in the clinic as did the clinic owner. My correct refund has still not been processed and remains outstanding despite them stating that it would be dealt with immediately.
I have mentioned the aftercare manager Cezmi in my overall review, offers no support and exhibits zero professionalism.

I am truly disheartened to share my experience with **The Natural Clinic** in Istanbul. As a Canadian who traveled all the way to Turkey in January 2023, I had high hopes for achieving a dazzling Hollywood smile. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a nightmare.
Despite the clinic’s initial assurance that the dental material used was as strong as a rock, reality struck just two months after the dental work. First, one of my side teeth chipped, followed by the front tooth a month later. But the worst blow came when the entire bridge, comprising five teeth, fell off completely. I was left frustrated, angry, and utterly disappointed.
While the clinic does offer a warranty, the logistics of returning to Istanbul from Canada would cost me dearly—both financially and physically. Instead, I sought a local dentist’s opinion, only to discover that the bridge had been poorly executed and was beyond repair. The estimated cost to rectify the issues? A staggering $14,000.
My advice to anyone considering The Natural Clinic: **Avoid it at all costs.** Don’t be swayed by the fancy facade; the reality is far from glamorous. See the pictures of my case below, and you’ll understand why I urge caution.

I would not recommend going to this clinic for the following reasons. First, not enough reviews on google from people visiting this clinic and actually getting procedures done. In my personal opinion, if you don’t have at least 5K reviews or more on google from patients who visited your clinic and actually got procedures done then it’s wroth to say that it’s not worth your time investing in. Having lots of reviews in the previous number that i mention on a popular website platform i would say will make a business more success. Second, i had a very rude medical consultant employee of there company that kept on harassing me on via-WhatsApp about when i will come to Turkey for a follow up procedure which i initially informed the employee that I will reach back out to him when I was able and available to make that type of commitment. I didn’t appreciate the stalking and harassment i received and today was the last attempt i dealt with this type of insubordination and unprofessionalism.

Update on Jan 4th- Right after leaving the clinic, I contacted the sales rep to share my feedback hoping there would be some sort of action. Nothing happened so far. So, they don’t seem to care about employee misconduct. So don’t be fooled by their automated and generic response to reviews.
Pros: clean, luxury clinic with many treatment alternatives
Cons: trust issues on injectables, very long wait time even with an appointment
Dec 28th: I reside in the US and visit Turkey a few times a year, seeking skincare treatments during my stays. Researching places with the Icon laser led me to Turkeyana. After communicating with their sales representative on WhatsApp, I scheduled an appointment for Icon treatment with 1540 and MaxG handpieces at 2 pm on a Friday. The pricing was reasonable, but my punctuality was met with a delay, making me wait until 3:15 pm just to see the doctor.
During the consultation, I inquired about Kybella, and the doctor recommended an alternative, Lipoliz. Their price was at twice the usual cost elsewhere but it looked very clean and professional. That justified the higher cost and I decided to add that to my treatment plan as well. Whomever gets procedures done in Turkey probably knows this already but a recurring issue with injections whether Botox and Dysport is that employees of clinics often avoid using the entire vial, despite full payment. I learned at another clinic that this happens because the they usually end up using it for themselves or their peers- a perk of working at a beauty clinic. While this has been an annoyance at places with competitive prices, given Turkeyana’s higher cost, I assumed they would be more thorough.
After the Icon treatment, another lady entered with the lipolysis vial and stayed while the doctor administered it. Once done, they swiftly left the room, and upon inspection, I noticed the amount injected felt insufficient. The needle they used on me was removed from the syringe and left on the counter, and the assistant took the syringe. I curiously checked the garbage can and there was no syringe.
Despite these concerns, I appreciated the clinic’s friendly and luxurious atmosphere. I would return for laser treatments but have reservations about injectables due to trust issues. I’ve already provided feedback to the sales team, though no response has been received. This review serves to inform others about potential experiences at Turkeyana. The extended wait time further added to my irritation, with my appointment at 2 pm, finally getting admitted for consultation at 3:15, Icon treatment from 4:15 to 4:45, and lipolysis from 4:30 to 4:45. Be mindful of potential extended wait times, especially if your stay in Istanbul is brief.

The risk I highlighted during the live consultation became a reality. The hairline is not symmetrical, and along with that, there was a significant cost increase during the live consultation, leaving me feeling completely frustrated. Unfortunately, there was no turning back as I was already in Istanbul. I expressed my concerns, and they requested me to write a letter, assuring me that it would be forwarded to the supervisors for resolution. However, despite doing so, my number has been blocked for the past few days. My suggestion: avoid Turkeyana!

This is a scam not a real clinic. The team are all technician and I haven’t seen a real doctor around. I did an eyebrow transplant and the results are awful. The poor placement of the graph along with the implanting technique led to unnatural results. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money or time. I should have consulted with a private clinic and a real doctor. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
