Too much to say in one review, so I will try to streamline it. There was no amount of research I could do online to convince myself that I wasn’t going to fly halfway around the world and not get scammed, or end up in a ditch with my organs harvested. It was a hell of a journey and I would highly recommend bringing a friend along, the unknown was the scary part, but in the end they completely held up their end of the deal. It still amazes me how much I got accomplished for what I ended up paying. I wish I had someone like myself who had done it before to talk to ahead of time to ease my immediate concerns. The first hurdle was being picked up at the airport, which was chaotic but only because I didn’t know what to expect, and don’t forget there’s a serious language barrier. The transport vehicle was clean and the trip was fast, they took me right to my hotel. Rush-hour traffic can be an issue there so keep it in mind when you plan your trip, they stayed in great communication with me via what’s app and I was picked up the next day for my consult and procedure. Everything went as planned, for the most part, and seven hours later I was back at my hotel resting. The next day was my check up and cleaning. That process seemed a little rough to me, I felt the nurse could’ve been a little more gentle, considering the delicate nature of the situation, but that might just be part of it. There were some add-ons that were kind of pushed on me and although I agreed to being videoed and photographed, I regret that decision but I navigated through it. The following day, as promised, I was picked up ON TIME and driven back to the airport. They continue to regularly check in on me to see how things are going, asking for updates and photos. Now we just wait. Anyone reading this that’s wants specifics, I would be thrilled to offer my experience in more detail or answer and questions . I definitely have some constructive criticism but nothing worth airing online as at the end of the day I had a straightforward experience at a great Clinic and I believe I will have great results. The last thing I will say is if you have access to “better” pain medication‘s I would suggest having them on hand because that was a lifesaver for me.

I did a lot of research before I selected my clinic. Lenus stood out for several reasons and I’m very happy with my choice. The driver was great, the ride was very comfortable and he was always on time. My interpreter Deniz was amazing, I highly recommend requesting her especially if you’re English speaking. She’s very thorough and explains everything so well. The procedure went smoothly…some reviews say it is pain free but that is not my experience. The numbing process was painful for me but after that I felt nothing. The doctors took their time and allowed me to take breaks as needed. The facility is very clean and very nice. My hair transplant was done only yesterday but so far so good. I’ll update my review in a few months when I start to see the results. Lenus took very good care of me.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. Initially, they recommended splitting my hair transplant into two phases due to the large bald area, which I reluctantly agreed to. I'm writing this review 2 years after undergoing surgery. I recommend avoiding this service. Here's why:1. This is not an actual clinic; it's merely an intermediary that connects you to a real clinic.2. They don't provide real consultations. They're only interested in making money, even if you request a procedure that doesn't make sense—they won't question it.3. They over-harvested hair from my back significantly. As a result, I have a noticeable bald area on my back. Throughout the year, whenever I asked why it looked this way, they told me it was due to shock loss and that some hair would regrow. It never did.4. The beard transplantation results were very poor. The area where they implanted the hair is clearly different, with a much denser hair presence than surrounding areas.Please also note that most of the reviews for this clinic look either paid or bot.

The treatments I have been applying for the last two months (stem cells, serums, etc.) have started to show significant effects in the first phase. The team is very professional and welcoming. I did my hair transplant with Dr. Terziler’s Exclusive Hair Clinic. The procedure went smooth and they were able to graft way more hairs than they said they could which was amazing. The whole staff was great, they were professional and very nice. I want to give a special shout out to my drivers, Erçin and Oğuzcan. They were amazing and very caring. I was traveling with my family and they were able to get us two cars to get us to our destinations. They went above and beyond to help us. Erçin took me back and forth from my appointments and always made sure I was comfortable and safe.
I had a positive experience here and am feeling good about my choice of clinic, I appreciated the support also from the staff. The sales people and my driver Ercin who’s communication was excellent, he picked me up at the airport and the next day from the hotel to and from the clinic, he like the others were very nice and made the effort to make me comfortable. The clinic was very nice and clean and lovely. I have only had the procedure a few days ago so I am very much looking forward to seeing the results and will update this review in a few months. If I had to note anything less than perfect It would be that I wish I had not been told that my head would be unshaven when it mostly 70% needed to be. Also, Beforehand my understanding was that Dr. Terziler personally would be one of the Dr’s working my case on the day, he was the one I had researched and made my decision on. In actuality he monitors and does a sort of quality assurance examination towards the end of the procedure. In actuality However this is a small annoyance and doesn’t negate the experience on the whole which is why I am still giving 5 stars.

There are plenty of things to say about my trip for a hair transplant. The first thing is the positive reviews were in the contract ; massive red flag to me. If you need to threaten for a good review it doesn’t sound like you’re doing a great job.The accommodation was great, the transport was all sorted out even if the driver was a bit enthusiastic.I asked for additional mole removal which they sorted out for me and it was great as they even arranged that for me. The translator was with me at all times and took me to the bank to get cash out as we had to go to the pharmacy.The day of the transplant was a different story.We had to wake up at around 6 am to be taken to the clinic. This was before breakfast at the hotel so I got there hungry even though they recommended eating prior to surgery. I raised this whilst signing a disclaimer as they said they’d go out and get me something. Which was just a pretzel. The surgery was about 8 hours in a room which was comfortable, clean and functional. It would have been a lot better if there were music or to or something to pass the time.I got to the end of the procedure and experienced blood loss, not severe but enough to cause concern. I then exited to go to the toilet after not much food or water and felt giddiness and almost passed out. Quickly surgeons got involved and I felt safe at all times. But my translator was nowhere to be found. It was at minimum 30 minutes before he came and explained what was happening. In the meantime I had lots of people looking at the blood loss, poking at my head and looking concerned without understand what was going on but being told “it’s good” repeatedly but it was a very vulnerable feeling at the end which made for a horrible experience. They kept me in for an extra 2 hours to make sure I was ok and remain professional throughout.The wash was very thorough , there was lots of post treatment questions and answers. But there was also an aftercare pack that wasn’t included in the price. I paid it because the price of the operation was so cheap!The operation has been a success , the hair is amazing and I’m happy overall but there were big areas for improvement.

I'm very happy with the treatment, care and result. I had a deep plane Facelift, Temporal Lift, lower and upper Blepharoplasty and a Necklift. Fraudsters and bunglers!!! I paid for an upper/lower eyelid lift plus an endoscopic cheek lift. I got asymmetrical and botched eyes! It has now been almost a year and the surgical scars are still bulging and red. The eyelids are hanging and the fat pads have not been removed at all. By the way, the cheek lift was not performed. Of course I didn't get my money back. So stay away from these scammers!!!! DR SONER TEZCAN IS A BUDDLER! WEST AESTHETICS IS NOT TRUSTABLE!
My first contact with West Aesthetics was with Batuhan (patient coordinator), who is a gem of a person, very efficient caring and extremelly helpful. Batuhan Also introduced me to Dr. Giray Genc who turned out to be absolutely brilliant. Before I left Ireland, where I live, I had an online consultation with Dr. Giray and I realised after talking to him that I would be in good hands, as I was a bit nervous to go abroad for the procedure.I had a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift and top and lower lid blepharoplasty.I took pain killers for a few days, but to be honest I never suffered any pain, just some discomfort especially around the eyes in the first week but that was more due to the tape around the eyes than anything else. The papes were removed a week after the procedure.It's been just over 4 weeks now and I am still recovering and the swelling is gradually going down.So far no complications at all.When I got to Istanbul, another patient coordinator called Yusra looked after me, as Batuhan had other commitments .Like Batuhan ,she was also very efficient and helpful and made my time in Istanbul run very smoothly.Thank you so much for all the great care I got from Batuhan, Yusra and also Dr. Giray' great skills and professionalism.Whe I first started researching for a clinic ( I researched in a few countries like Hungary, Lithuania and Turkey) and settled for West Aesthetics in Istanbul and I could not be happier with the outcome.I would also like to say thanks to all the team in the clinic that looked after me.Joseph De Souza

Been to Dr cinik clinic twice and can't fault it. Soon as you arrive at the airport your looked after well and well informed of every step, they sort you great accommodation and transfers. The second time I travelled alone and it was alot easier than I imagined my personal assistant through WhatsApp helped me greatly. I highly recommend the clinic 100% whatever procedure your looking for.
I would very highly recommend Dr Cinik, who I used for a DHI hair transplant at the end of March 2024 - my experience has been first class. I considered (and met) providers in Harley Street, London, but decided to go to Dr Cinik instead and believe that was absolutely right call. For three reasons: 1) I could get far more grafts in one sitting - 4,750 vs 3,000 (+50%!); 2) the op went very smoothly and all its parts were handled very professionally; and 3) better aftercare - from washes in the 2 days post op, to the post op saline, foam, shampoo, clear videos and check-ins. The whole experience was seamless and professional, with all the staff being very friendly.As an aside, I would highly recommend taking sedation as that ensured no pain at any time during the op and it went quickly / happily.Finally, I'm now at 5 months so my hair has now grown properly (it takes time) and it looks literally... fantastic! I've gone from being a bald man to one with, dare I say it, great hair. I can't believe how good the result is. Amazing and absolutely delighted.
