Hello, I am Turkish but I can speak fluent English so I am writing in English. esteGrande is very experienced (they are one of the market leaders for around 10 years). They have 2 locations in Istanbul and London. Their services are really professional and as you can see their reviews online, all of them are real. The place to go!From day one of speaking to my VIP Consiltant Ryan he looked after me, explained everthing very clearly of how the procedure would work and all the aftercare.When I arrived at the airport I had a private Mercedes Vito pick me up and take me to my hotel. Ryan was in regular contact to make sure I arrived okay and informed me what time I would be picked up the next day.The next day I was greeted at reception and taken to the clinic and met Ryan for the first time in person. He was very welcoming, while I wasn’t nervous as I came here due to my best friend going to estegrande the previous year I had no worries but he ensured i was fully relaxed.I had a full medical including blood tests, heart checked and even a HIV test (they go all out) to ensure I was fit and healthy. Next we went to the room where I met the main dr who explained everthing that would happen, I had my new hairline drawn on and they also said they’d add some extra to my crown to thicken that too.After we were good to go. The only pain (and it’s day 3 now) throughout all this was just the local anesthetic in the head which stung a bit but that’s expected. After that no pain whatsoever to the point I even fell asleep I was that relaxed.We stopped for lunch and then back to business. I had 2 people working on me who your lovely, while they couldn’t speak much English it wasn’t an issue at all as there was a translator always to hand but that wasn’t needed.The procedure went on roughly from 10:30am till 7pm and after I was taken back to my hotel after being shown my medication.Next morning I was picked back up for the clean. They washed the areas carefully and I was good to go. I was given a full explanation of how to care for my new hair and what to expect over the coming months but I was also asked to keep in regular contact with Ryan of any questions but also to give him regular updates on how Im getting on.Finally to get home I was picked up in another merc vito and taken to the airport.Overall they really did look after me and made me feel part of their family.First photo is me and Ryan before the procedure.2nd was day 2 sat in the airport lounge awaiting my flight home. I still have 0 pain at all.
Highly recommend!! I’ve been twice now. First time 2019. Then again in 2024. I always knew i would need 2 visits as a lot of hair loss. I dealt with Ryan. Really nice man. Takes the time to explain everything in detail. Ryan really was a great consultant!The hospital are also super professional. Just like in the UK, they do all the relevant tests before such as ECG, blood tests and then a heart consultant does full health check before giving the all clear. The surgeons performing the operation are all super polite and professional too.In terms of organisation, they have this down to a T. All transfers are organised for you. You don’t have to worry about a thing!Best thing i ever did! Feel much more confident in myself now.
I have done my hair transplant operation at esteGrande 3 Months ago, it was an absolute amazing experiance!!! When I arrived Istanbul, they picked me up with a fantastic VIP car, which I really felt like a celebrity. Arrived in hotel quickly and I had a great sea and Island view room. The distance between my hospital and hotel was only 2 minutes, which is incredibly important because you lose no time on the road or in traffic. Also, returning to the hotel shortly after the operation is really comforting. Before, during, and after the operation, they made me feel very comfortable, constantly talking to me, and I realized that my comfort was REALLY important to them. During the operation, they listened and responded, which made me feel very relaxed. At one point during the operation, they gave me a short break to rest and meet my needs, and they brought me lunch (the food was really delicious). After the operation finalized, they explained how I should sleep the first night, what I should do, and what to pay attention to, and they accompanied me to my room. The next morning, they picked me up from my hotel and took me back to the hospital, washed my hair, explained how I should wash my hair in the coming days and which products to use. Then they took me to the airport in that fantastic VIP car again. Both the operation team and my consultant are real professionals. I am very happy; my hair looks better every day. I am no longer bald and I really feel rejuvenated!! I wholeheartedly recommend EsteGrande, They are #1 !!
