Before I left Ireland, where I live, I had an online consultation with Dr. Giray and I realised after talking to him that I would be in good hands, as I was a bit nervous to go abroad for the procedure.I had a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift and top and lower lid blepharoplasty.I took pain killers for a few days, but to be honest I never suffered any pain, just some discomfort especially around the eyes in the first week but that was more due to the tape around the eyes than anything else. The experience was good. As promised i was picked up from the hotel and was brought to the hospital. The drivers were all really kind people and very careful. The staff who did the procedure was really really kind. The translator did an excellent job also and was really kind. The procedure itself went really smooth, the pain was bare-able but it differs from person to person. At the moment the results looks good. Will keep you guys updated after 6-7 months on how it all turned out. Anyone who is hesitant on wether which clinic he/she should go for. I really do recommend Lenus since I myself had a good experience here. I hope this experience will last until the end results and they wont ghost me once i am out of turkey 😄.All in all my experience for the moment was really good. Very thorough. Very patient. I was late at airport. The driver was so nice. They explained each part of the surgery every step of the way. They were consistently available. After the surgery they provided some traditional Turkish food. The package includes surgery hotel stay rides to and from medical facility and to and from airport. The medical staff had excellent bedside manners. There are multiple instructions I am required to follow after procedure. They took the time to explain any questions.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. Initially, they recommended splitting my hair transplant into two phases due to the large bald area, which I reluctantly agreed to. This made me believe they could have covered the entire area in one session but chose to split it into two to maximize their profits.Six months after the first procedure, I sent pictures of my donor area to plan for the second phase. Shockingly, they now claim that my donor area isn't strong enough for another transplant. This is outrageous, as they had previously assured me that a second transplant would be possible.I feel completely misled and taken advantage of by this clinic. Their unprofessional and dishonest practices have left me in a difficult position. Am I supposed to shave my head now? I strongly advise others to be cautious and reconsider before choosing this clinic.

As a result, I have a noticeable bald area on my back. Throughout the year, whenever I asked why it looked this way, they told me it was due to shock loss and that some hair would regrow. I did my hair transplant with Dr. Terziler’s Exclusive Hair Clinic. The procedure went smooth and they were able to graft way more hairs than they said they could which was amazing. The whole staff was great, they were professional and very nice. I want to give a special shout out to my drivers, Erçin and Oğuzcan. They were amazing and very caring. I was traveling with my family and they were able to get us two cars to get us to our destinations. They went above and beyond to help us. Erçin took me back and forth from my appointments and always made sure I was comfortable and safe.

The sales people and my driver Ercin who’s communication was excellent, he picked me up at the airport and the next day from the hotel to and from the clinic, he like the others were very nice and made the effort to make me comfortable. If I had to note anything less than perfect It would be that I wish I had not been told that my head would be unshaven when it mostly 70% needed to be. Also, Beforehand my understanding was that Dr. Terziler personally would be one of the Dr’s working my case on the day, he was the one I had researched and made my decision on. In actuality he monitors and does a sort of quality assurance examination towards the end of the procedure. There are plenty of things to say about my trip for a hair transplant. The first thing is the positive reviews were in the contract ; massive red flag to me. If you need to threaten for a good review it doesn’t sound like you’re doing a great job.The accommodation was great, the transport was all sorted out even if the driver was a bit enthusiastic.I asked for additional mole removal which they sorted out for me and it was great as they even arranged that for me. The translator was with me at all times and took me to the bank to get cash out as we had to go to the pharmacy.The day of the transplant was a different story.We had to wake up at around 6 am to be taken to the clinic. This was before breakfast at the hotel so I got there hungry even though they recommended eating prior to surgery. I raised this whilst signing a disclaimer as they said they’d go out and get me something. Which was just a pretzel. The surgery was about 8 hours in a room which was comfortable, clean and functional. It would have been a lot better if there were music or to or something to pass the time.I got to the end of the procedure and experienced blood loss, not severe but enough to cause concern. I then exited to go to the toilet after not much food or water and felt giddiness and almost passed out. Quickly surgeons got involved and I felt safe at all times. But my translator was nowhere to be found. It was at minimum 30 minutes before he came and explained what was happening. In the meantime I had lots of people looking at the blood loss, poking at my head and looking concerned without understand what was going on but being told “it’s good” repeatedly but it was a very vulnerable feeling at the end which made for a horrible experience. They kept me in for an extra 2 hours to make sure I was ok and remain professional throughout.The wash was very thorough , there was lots of post treatment questions and answers. But there was also an aftercare pack that wasn’t included in the price. I paid it because the price of the operation was so cheap!The operation has been a success , the hair is amazing and I’m happy overall but there were big areas for improvement.

I'm very happy with the treatment, care and result. I had a deep plane Facelift, Temporal Lift, lower and upper Blepharoplasty and a Necklift. Fraudsters and bunglers!!! I paid for an upper/lower eyelid lift plus an endoscopic cheek lift. I got asymmetrical and botched eyes! It has now been almost a year and the surgical scars are still bulging and red. The eyelids are hanging and the fat pads have not been removed at all. By the way, the cheek lift was not performed. My first contact with West Aesthetics was with Batuhan (patient coordinator), who is a gem of a person, very efficient caring and extremelly helpful. Batuhan Also introduced me to Dr. Giray Genc who turned out to be absolutely brilliant. Before I left Ireland, where I live, I had an online consultation with Dr. Giray and I realised after talking to him that I would be in good hands, as I was a bit nervous to go abroad for the procedure.I had a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift and top and lower lid blepharoplasty.I took pain killers for a few days, but to be honest I never suffered any pain, just some discomfort especially around the eyes in the first week but that was more due to the tape around the eyes than anything else. The papes were removed a week after the procedure.It's been just over 4 weeks now and I am still recovering and the swelling is gradually going down.So far no complications at all.When I got to Istanbul, another patient coordinator called Yusra looked after me, as Batuhan had other commitments .Like Batuhan ,she was also very efficient and helpful and made my time in Istanbul run very smoothly.Thank you so much for all the great care I got from Batuhan, Yusra and also Dr. Giray' great skills and professionalism.Whe I first started researching for a clinic ( I researched in a few countries like Hungary, Lithuania and Turkey) and settled for West Aesthetics in Istanbul and I could not be happier with the outcome.I would also like to say thanks to all the team in the clinic that looked after me.Joseph De Souza

Been to Dr cinik clinic twice and can't fault it. Soon as you arrive at the airport your looked after well and well informed of every step, they sort you great accommodation and transfers. The second time I travelled alone and it was alot easier than I imagined my personal assistant through WhatsApp helped me greatly. I highly recommend the clinic 100% whatever procedure your looking for.
I would very highly recommend Dr Cinik, who I used for a DHI hair transplant at the end of March 2024 - my experience has been first class. I considered (and met) providers in Harley Street, London, but decided to go to Dr Cinik instead and believe that was absolutely right call. For three reasons: 1) I could get far more grafts in one sitting - 4,750 vs 3,000 (+50%!); 2) the op went very smoothly and all its parts were handled very professionally; and 3) better aftercare - from washes in the 2 days post op, to the post op saline, foam, shampoo, clear videos and check-ins. The whole experience was seamless and professional, with all the staff being very friendly.As an aside, I would highly recommend taking sedation as that ensured no pain at any time during the op and it went quickly / happily.Finally, I'm now at 5 months so my hair has now grown properly (it takes time) and it looks literally... fantastic! I've gone from being a bald man to one with, dare I say it, great hair. I can't believe how good the result is. Amazing and absolutely delighted.
