I would very highly recommend Dr Cinik, who I used for a DHI hair transplant at the end of March 2024 - my experience has been first class. I considered (and met) providers in Harley Street, London, but decided to go to Dr Cinik instead and believe that was absolutely right call. For three reasons: 1) I could get far more grafts in one sitting - 4,750 vs 3,000 (+50%!); 2) the op went very smoothly and all its parts were handled very professionally; and 3) better aftercare - from washes in the 2 days post op, to the post op saline, foam, shampoo, clear videos and check-ins. The whole experience was seamless and professional, with all the staff being very friendly.

Also purchased the shampoo and multi vitamin kit that are very high quality hair grows thick and fast, started seeing significant growth in month 8 and donor healed and grows well when it’s 1 inch long can’t see a sign of FUE scars, feel like it can handle another round in the future. one of the best decisions I have ever made, compared results with top surgeons in the world work results and it is very similar. It is called 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction. When you are not satisfied with your hair transplantation. For the second transplant, they charge almost as much as a new hair transplant. The front part of the hair was too high, the hair transplanted to the back part did not hold. It poured back after time

Asked about getting crown work done. They told me it would take 7 days with a diagnosis and transplant plan. 10 days later I had to keep asking them where my diagnosis was.
They insisted I need to pay for an extra 4000 grafts to get work done on front areas that make no sense. 2 other doctors told me only crown work.
I'm posting because not only were they forgetful, but they were quite RUDE and aggressive when I insisted on only getting crown work. Doctor said it's not "worth his time"... So I guess you only care about making as much money from tourist as possible - even when certain areas area not required.

Aftercare is so awful or should I say lack of aftercare. hermes is a awful company to use stay well away hospital used fultly equipment resulting in me needing another surgery but hermes DONT care. Also add extra cost and are awful at responding to sort problems out. Hospital was dirty blood on walls and bed not much English internet is awful they just make you sit around all day and night not telling you what's going on ect.

Hermes dental clinic ..!!!! The story is specifically about the clinic in the city of Izmir, Turkey. When I applied for the creation of implants, I had to pay more than £500 in advance and the galley fee for the agreed work was £5,600. The price included transport and a private hotel room. Upon arrival in the city of Izmir, we were met by transport to the hotel. but then there was already the first surprise-! the hotel room was a small room with 2 beds and a broken toilet door. One small room sleeps 2 adult men, although we pay money for a separate room. Then the next day I arrived at the Hermes dental clinic, I was met with the next surprise 🤯 the price increased from £5,600 to £8,400, which I was naturally surprised and angry about. of course, I was not ready for that price change and refused the service. The only thing that was offered was to make a temporary prosthesis which cost £460 and as a result I have spent £1260 together with the plane tickets and got a temporary prosthesis with which you cannot eat or drink hot drinks 🤯 plus another terrible experience with a hotel where you live in one room a stranger. a room where you can't close the toilet door..!!! I do not recommend Hermes dental clinic Izmir Turkey to anyone...!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

-The operation went well and I wasn't in much pain. The girls who performed my surgery were super nice too!
-I was promised that the price offer was final and that there would be no more additional charges and they kept to that!
-The number of grafts was also adhered to - with 5400 I have almost reached the maximum of 5500 in my offer
-Airport transfer was pleasant, but there was a 20 minute wait on the outward journey
-Clinic transfers: everyone arrives on time; Return journey always waits 5-20 minutes
-I was able to pay half in cash and half by card without any problem
-Payment in euros
-Communication in the clinic was usually problem-free and all the employees were very nice. The only thing I would have liked was a concrete plan for the day
Cons:
-On the first day you couldn't use the breakfast in the hotel because it started at 6:30, and the breakfast in the clinic was really underwhelming
-From the look of the website and advertising and the name of the clinic, if you don't do more research, you could think that the operation was carried out by Dr. Acar is carried out. In my case this would have cost 2110 euros EXTRA. The operation is carried out by medical professionals, but if you're unlucky you can probably get people with less experience (although they are certainly well trained). My staff had 4 and 5 years of experience. In addition, my offer explicitly stated “Dr. Acar will supervise your operation.” But this was definitely NOT the case. Before the operation I had 10 minutes of "hairline design and personal advice from Dr. Acar", unfortunately I never saw the doctor again during and after the operation.
-Pickup for the next day was usually decided very spontaneously - the evening before - or the time was spontaneously changed
-The hair used on my receding hairline looks slightly unnatural as it is quite bushy compared to the sides. However, the result is not yet final and is only noticeable when you look closely.
Now to my only “big” point of criticism:
-I also had hair removed from my beard. But this was not discussed beforehand. Since I often remove leftover hair with tweezers after shaving, this would have been very important to discuss beforehand.
From 2 weeks after the operation I also had major problems with the skin on my neck: some larger pimples formed, it looked like inflammation or ingrown hairs, I don't know exactly what it was/is. To this day (4.5 months after the operation) I can't shave my beard hair wet and there are still 3 large "pimples" on my neck and I really hope they don't develop into scars. In any case, I was told at the time that they would go back after a few weeks, which hasn't happened yet.
Hotel (Limbak Eurasia):
Room is good (but negative to note: rattling ventilation at night - although switched off, street and dog noise), staff friendly. Breakfast is good, very large selection. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for cappuccino and the water tastes like chlorine. One more night cost me 90 euros. The receptionist told me it was cheaper for Cosmedica customers (normally it was 150 euros). Later I found the hotel room on all websites for around 87 euros...

The operation it self was quiet pleasant, staff is very nice and they look after you during the clinic visits.That being said, there was a bit of miscommunication during the hotel check in and transportation. It can be quiet frustrating to make sure you have a ride after the surgery or for a follow up appointment for the next few days.
I would recommend to really make sure your hotel is confirmed and there aren’t any last minute changes, and have one person as a contact from the clinic directly to resolve any issues.
Update: After two hair transplants, one in 2021 and one in 2023, I am somewhat satisfied with the growth of the hair but there is a little sloppiness in some areas. Some spots have been over harvesting which leaves empty patches in your doner area and some areas have been over populated with the new transplant.
I have also been left two scars. One in the back of my head and one in my neck where hair was extracted for the second hair transplant. The reception, the staff, and the legendary doctor, Dr. Yetkin and his distinguished assistant, Dr. Murad and I were lucky that he was the one who facilitated the operation for me with the distinguished staff and the Syrian young man whose name I forgot once. He helped me a lot in Turkey and was like a brother to us throughout the trip and a guide to us. After that, I returned to Saudi Arabia. There was a medical team that communicated with me the first time and provided free consultations throughout the entire year. Thank God, I now have two years left. I just had a hair transplant (4500 grafts) which went well. The highly experienced team puts you at ease from the start. The transplant was not painful (apart from the first few minutes) and lasted 5 hours.
I paid an extra +- €900 for Dr Yetkin Bayer to make the incisions himself. The rest of the procedure was done by his team.
In total, +- 2500€ for quality service. In Europe, count 3 to 4 times more for the same service.
There is very good pre- and post-operative follow-up.

An exception experience with world class service and in this clinic you actually learn what customer centric means …. The results are what we expected and it’s been 6 months and it’s till ongoing but a world of difference on what it was and what it is now … would not hesitate to recommend him and his clinic … the whole experience from our flight from Dubai till the surgery and job done was just too good and very professional with the amazing touch of Turkish hospitality which is second to none …. Hello. The operation was in 2022. Transplantation to the front of the head, 3000 grafts. The parietal zone was not transplanted, as they said that everything was fine there. A few months later, inflammation began to appear, for which I was recommended to use Fucidin cream. Did not help. Six months later, the result was unsatisfactory, to which the answer was received that it was necessary to wait. They said about the parietal zone that the prolapse continues there, although before the operation they said that everything was fine. A year later, the result remained unsatisfactory, the inflammation persisted, it was recommended to use vitamins and antibacterial soap. The result was unsatisfactory, although the clinic considers the result to be good. After disputes, they said that a second transplant could be done, but they denied the mistake. They also said inflammation is normal. Although before the operation they did not tell me anything about inflammation. As a result, I can’t grow my hair back, and my friends note uneven hair growth. The company representative ignores. I do not recommend and give a minimum rating.
UPD. After two years of arguing with the clinic, I decided to wear my hair short. Thank you for allowing me to accept my baldness. The next step is to shave your head. Not the result I expected from the transplant. Good advertising for your clinic, I’ll keep you posted

Unfortunately I didn't have good results regarding my transplant done on November 20, 2021, to date it's been a year, and I contact the clinic but they always tell me they'll let me know but nothing yet. With all this they gave me a sheet with a guarantee. I'm desperate about this because I had to make sacrifices for nothing
Right from the off, Yasam was extremely helpful and attentive, and was on hand to answer any questions I had.
My flight was late arriving in Istanbul, but the driver, Ismail, was waiting there for me to take me to the hotel. The hotel staff were also very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Breakfast was buffet style with lots of delicious options, then Ismail arrived at the hotel with Yasam to take me to the clinic for my procedure.
The surgeons and photographer (I didn't get their names) were all very helpful and professional, and they made the entire procedure of 4000 grafts (photos, head shaving, line drawing, anaestheic, surgery, dressing change, medication) comfortable and pleasant.
I was also interested in future dental treatment, for which Yasam and Ismail took me to a nearby dental clinic for a free-of-charge jaw x-ray and treatment advice from the expert (this would cost a lot of money in the UK!).
Ismail took me back to the airport on the third day for my flight home, and Yasam was still on hand to ask me how I was feeling.
To summarise, the whole team, and especially Yasam, were incredibly warm, attentive, helpful and patient, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering having surgery.

What a Wonderful experience! I Came to Turkey Istanbul with my family , to do a Liposuction 360 at The Acadamic Clinic Hospital across Badge Clinic. I won't lie i was very afraid but everything went well and well organised especially in this pandemic situation. Great communication until arriving at the Clinic. We arrived at 2am because of delay at the airport but they were waiting on us with lur driver outside this was very comforting!
