What an amazing experience I've had at mono. I came for rhinoplasty surgery and this whole time has felt comfortable and very professional. Right from the airport I was picked up in a luxury sprinter and taken to meet the team. Furkan was assigned to me for the week and let me tell you this guy is the best. I visited mono clinic in Izmir to get zirconium crowns and everything from the transfers to dental treatment was amazing. My dentist was great and my personal assistant Azra was amazing and very helpful. We stayed at the villa where we were greeted by the host Berk köksal and Sehriban Arik who were really welcoming and super friendly! They made the stay at the villa just an amazing experience and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Berk and Sehriban made sure we were well looked after and were there to help us with anything we needed, Going to miss you guys ♥️.

I had the absolute best experience here at mono clinic! The hotel, the clinic, and the villa were all great and had amazing staff.
My dentist was super helpful in guiding me to the perfect smile.
A stand out for me was not only the service or quality but Barış who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of day and night. I can’t imagine this experience without him.
I will be coming back to Mono Clinic in the futures as well as recomending it to friends and family who are interested in anything they offer.

I had an amazing experience with Sanamentum and I have and would recommend them 200% I am going to share with you all a message I sent to a friend who inquired about my experience

I went to Istanbul to the Sanamentum hospital. My surgeon was amazing ( you can check him out on YouTube Dr Güngör Gül ) All the staff were amazing, the hosts, nurses and other members of staff right down to the cleaners. I spent the night I arrived and the night before my return home in a beautiful hotel and the other 3 nights were spent in the hospital. Everyone has their own rooms so if your husband was with you and wanted to stay there then there is a sofa in your room to sleep on or if he didn’t want to stay at hospital he always has the hotel he can stay in. Very spotless hospital and before surgery you are put through about 5 pre op checks. ECG Ultrasound X-ray Bloods and Cardiologist. I paid £2,500 for this ( they pay you most of your flight costs back as well) I think at the moment they have an offer on for £ 2, 350 . Honestly if it is something you really want to do then I would recommend here. I would trust Dr Gül with my life. It was recommended to me and I have no regrets

I am 4 weeks today post op and I feel amazing. If I had to go through it again I would but only at Sanamentum where I was treated like I was the only one who mattered. Even now if I have a question for the aftercare team I send them a message and they are back to me in minutes. No place better than Sanamentum

To flee!!!! They want your money! They respond very quickly for quotes! Once the teeth are done no more response no follow up. I went through casas clinic I had my teeth redone in Izmir at Dentglow the problem is not Dentglow! But Casas Clinic. After 8 months the implants fell out impossible to contact them NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!!! And yet I sent messages everywhere on their Wattsapp networks to their translators! However, the implants are guaranteed!!!! Obviously in France no one wants to go behind the work that did me! I so regret having chosen this Clinic which only thinks about money!!!

Be careful with CASAS clinics.
They are so nice until take your money.
When I contact them, because I lost all lower part ( all in 4), in few months. They don't answered anymore, or answered after 2 weeks, or said, the doctor it's busy on the moment. So sad.....
I find another clinic to fixed my teeth. When I asked about only 50% refund, they say NO.
But, will se, what the LAW say.
Please be careful and stay away from them .

I went in October 2023. Was given a price of £4400 for implants and crowns. When the scans and xray were done the price jumped up to £7400. I agreed to the work being done and paid half the money. They then changed the dental plan as I was in the chair because the dentist preforming the surgery didn't agree with the dentist who did the consultation. After they removed all my top teeth and did the implants. A few days later I went back to have the temperature denture fitted and was informed that the revised dental plan would be an additional £1500 on top of the £7400. I flatly refused to pay saying that they should of told me before the procedure if the price was going to be more. I was expecting the price to be less as i was having 4 less implants. I'm due to go back next month for my final teeth and crown's but casas clinic will not give me a confirmation of the final dental plan and final costs. They have not responded to my last 3 what's app messages sent 2 days ago. I'm now left with no upper teeth and having to find another clinic who are prepared to finish the work. Trusting Casas clinic is one of the worse decisions I've ever made.

I'm really glad that I get to know Seda, the manager of the clinic. Thanks to her and very kind and professional team of doctors and nurses I've got an amazing treatment.

As far as I can see they did a marvelous job. The procedure took almost 10 hours because doctors and nurses are very attentive to details and they take the procedure very seriously.

And Seda was like a mother to me - she is very kind and helpful, she always checked on me and helped during the whole process. Her English is very good and communication with her was always easy and nice.

I recommend this clinic to everyone because of the professional team, good prices and perfect quality.

As for my hair - I will see the results in 7 to 12 months, but because of the high quality treatment and medicine they gave me, I'm sure it would be good.

I came to JFS clinic from Australia for a mummy makeover. Pelin, my assistant has been amazing and so helpful with every request and has translated everything so well making sure I understand what is going on. I had breast surgery, previous implants taken out and a breast uplift. From when we arrived Pelin and Bilge the coordinators were so welcoming and attentive nothing was too much trouble and they made sure my time in hospital and the week afterwards was good. They checked in on me everyday at least once a day and if I needed anything they would bring it to me in the hospital/hotel.
My surgeon Dr Omur Evan Yilmav was very knowledgeable and although he is Turkish and I am English there was no language barrier he understood all of my concerns and questions and he explained to me thoroughly of what was going to happen and everything to do with my healing process afterwards. All in all I have had a very good experience with JFS and I would highly recommend their services.

Good morning, my friend and I had a negative experience, the surgery was not performed properly, the assistance, not even the translator, only came for one day and then they abandoned us for just three days. Then they took us to the doctor's office. doctor where we asked some questions but he seemed annoyed they removed the drains and sent us to the hotel and until we left we didn't see anyone between we left the assistance...but the most serious thing when we got home we spent another 1500 euros for massages and dressings, and the result is not there, I have a back deformed by liposuction and full of bruises, abdominoplasty but my belly has remained as it was, the very ugly scar... and my friend says the same, disappointed and dissatisfied and little.
Having said that, don't trust this zero clinic.
Also because in the photos if you look at those who have the surgery done afterwards they have the same underwear and is it possible for you? They do a photo shop for me.

I had such a great experience with Clinic Turkey!! I can’t say enough great things. My coordinator was so organized and amazing in the moment i got there she made me feel very comfortable and safe travelling so far for my surgeries ,Everything was just so easy to follow and I didn’t feel lost at any point. From my airport pick up on the first day I arrived, to my airport drop off on my last day - everything was seamless. I can’t say enough great things about my doctor! I am so satisfied and ecstatic with my results, Dr Senol Durukan is truly one of the best. He knows exactly what he is doing and so confident, I loved his energy. My experience in the hospital was so lavish. Even tho there was a language barrier with the nurses my coordinator was there for me 24/7 she was post and pre op , I was honestly very surprised with how well I was treated and taken care of, you don’t get that kind of treatment in London unless you’re a celebrity quite honestly! My hotel was great , The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful, My after care coordinator has also been amazing! They’re answering all my questions and concerns and I just feel very confident in them. It’s scary going oversees for a procedure, but clinic turkey!! made is so great! I would 100% recommend them to all my family and friends!

Aftercare is so awful or should I say lack of aftercare. hermes is a awful company to use stay well away hospital used fultly equipment resulting in me needing another surgery but hermes DONT care. Also add extra cost and are awful at responding to sort problems out. Hospital was dirty blood on walls and bed not much English internet is awful they just make you sit around all day and night not telling you what's going on ect.

STAY WELL CLEAR OFF HERMES!!!

P.S Hermes loves to delete bad feedback so will be reporting this everyday!

Hermes dental clinic ..!!!! The story is specifically about the clinic in the city of Izmir, Turkey. When I applied for the creation of implants, I had to pay more than £500 in advance and the galley fee for the agreed work was £5,600. The price included transport and a private hotel room. Upon arrival in the city of Izmir, we were met by transport to the hotel. but then there was already the first surprise-! the hotel room was a small room with 2 beds and a broken toilet door. One small room sleeps 2 adult men, although we pay money for a separate room. Then the next day I arrived at the Hermes dental clinic, I was met with the next surprise 🤯 the price increased from £5,600 to £8,400, which I was naturally surprised and angry about. of course, I was not ready for that price change and refused the service. The only thing that was offered was to make a temporary prosthesis which cost £460 and as a result I have spent £1260 together with the plane tickets and got a temporary prosthesis with which you cannot eat or drink hot drinks 🤯 plus another terrible experience with a hotel where you live in one room a stranger. a room where you can't close the toilet door..!!! I do not recommend Hermes dental clinic Izmir Turkey to anyone...!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

10/10 experience. Went to have my rhinoplasty done and I am so glad I did it with them. Dr Fatma was my surgeon and she did what I wanted and more Im very happy to have come across this clinic and Im also happy my results and expectations were satisfied!

I wish I had opened and read the comments before. After going to the clinic, it feels like you went somewhere under the stairs. It was as if they were welcoming someone from the street and told them to sit back in the consultant's chair without even taking me to the examination room. I was shocked. If you care about yourself and your money, don't go.

I do not recommend. I had sagging under my eyes and had fat filling done. When I was returning home after the operation, my area under my left eye was extremely swollen and bruised. I called at that moment and explained the situation. He said it was normal. When I went for a check-up, my left under eye was still purple and swollen. He said it was normal again. 6 years have passed and my left under eye is still swollen. The fat has melted, but I still have swelling under my eyes. I had fillers under my eyes to make them look aesthetic, but it didn't make any sense, it was sunken at first and then swollen. A doctor who does not stand behind his mistakes.

I went with the request of lip filler, which is considered a simple procedure. The result was that I felt like I had gone somewhere under the stairs. Now, I started looking for a doctor to dissolve the fillers that got stuck on my lips, in other words, on my mustache, and the lumpy fillers that came to my hand. I wasted both time and money. I also had a botox procedure performed on him and he probably injected water. I can't find words to express my anger.

If that star were to be given, I would give it zero stars. I had lip filler 5 years ago and the filler was a prohibited type of filler. My lips formed a cyst and it was a type of filling that could not be removed from the body no matter what I did. I was left helplessly with knobs on my lips.
