Not satisfied with the result. We had a hair transplant a year ago. There is no result at all. I came to talk to the doctor, he just shook his head and said that this happens. Zero service - after the procedure they didn’t even respond to messages. They don’t care about the outcome of their plan to take the money quickly and get rid of you. In general, I found out that the procedure was carried out by an assistant and the doctor himself. I found out about this by accident.

Do not go there. Customer serves is horrible. That is my brief complaint about hair transplantation procedure provided by this clinic. Result - Zero changes.
While I understand that they do not guarantee specific results, the complete lack of any noticeable change post-operation is highly disappointing.

Furthermore, upon waking from anesthesia, I realized that the procedure was carried out by a doctor's assistant rather than the doctor himself. This raises the question of whether I was unknowingly subjected to a training session for thier junior staff. While I would have been more understanding if the results were satisfactory, the fact that they were not makes this unacceptable.
Speaking the truth they do not care. They will just take your money.

Hands down the best place for medical tourism! Using an AI platform I searched for “best liposuction surgeons in Europe" and although Dr. B at Estetik International was the first result that came up, I had to see photos to believe it because I didn’t want to end up with a botched surgery. After seeing before and after photos, that his team had sent me, I was convinced that his work is as flawless as can be. In fact, I was flabbergasted when I saw photos of the 360 abdomen lipo from Estetik International, because it looks exactly like “mommy makeover”, but without the huge scar, more aesthetically pleasing and natural! I think this is due to Dr. B’s innovations in the field, his exceptional skill level, technique and the latest technology that they use at Estetik International. Dr. B and his team wanted me to achieve my unique, non-conventional aesthetic goals, and while he gives his professional opinion and recommendation, he doesn't impose this on you, unless of course there is a safety concern. In my specific case, I wanted him to remove more than 6L of fat, but 6L was the safety limit. He somehow managed to find a way to achieve the safety limit, without compromising quality while also keeping me happy by removing fat from all areas I had asked for. When I woke up from anaesthesia he showed me the fat-collecting receptacles as proof that he had removed the maximum amount possible which was within safety limits. The receptacle contained negligible amount of blood; an indication that tissues weren’t damaged as a result of the procedure. This was reflected by my insanely fast recovery as I was able to walk without assistance almost immediately. Given that I had liposuction of the inner knee, inner thigh, 360 abdomen and underarm, I think it’s really impressive. I’ve always hated certain body parts with accumulated fat as a result of my bad genes and because I don’t believe in the “body-positivity movement”, this was the best gift I could have ever invested in myself to feel truly positive about my body. I’m only 10 days post-op and a little swollen(which is normal & subsides) but definitely lighter and less wobbly nonetheless. I’m now learning to love my body for the first time ever, at 32! Overall, a super-positive, life-changing experience; the patient consultant/coordinator arranged relevant appointments and bookings for my surgery efficiently, medical/nurse stuff were supportive and understanding throughout, excellent communication and team-working skills between them, the result is what I dreamed of and my new shape is glowing! I recommend Estetik International 100%! They even went the extra mile by giving me manual lymphatic drainage for speedy recovery, healthy food at the hospital and stomach protector tablets to minimise potential complications. I feel privileged to have had Dr. B operate on me, but do keep an eye out for occasional discounts! I did some more research on him and the guy is not only a genius surgeon, but also a philanthropist - it feels good to know that at least some of the money I paid for my vanity are helping children in need. 3 months have passed, I have a lot to say about Natural Clinic. First of all, Natural Clinic, where is my money that you promised to give me back? It's been 3 months and nothing. For those who don't understand I will tell you a small story , after a lipo + BBL they put a faja on that is not suitable for a BBL operation, but for a normal lipo. So during my recovery I asked for a new FAJA , they made me pay first for the product without me checking it, saying that everything will be ok. I paid, but they didn't have the faja in the clinic so I paid and no faja . Why they was not check before and show me will be so much easier 🙄, 3 hours later they sent to the hotel because I ask to send to the hotel of course and the faja comes was like exactly the same as the one they put on me during the operation 🫨. I returned the Faja immediately . they didn't have the faja for a lipo with BBL. I've been waiting for this refund for 3 months. And they told me one week will be back .It’s not a lot money but is my money , you make me pay for a product you don’t have ! Ladies and gentlemen, this is just a small part of my experience. I still have to tell you about my result, which didn't turn out as I imagined I spent more the 3.000€ until now to try to fixed my liposuction 😞 .with massage , ultrasound everything you can imagine to make better i do right now 😞because they don’t care if you are happy or not , they don’t care if the results is good or not.I’m going to tell you everything about my experience, for the first day until last day .but for now which I don't recommend to anyone come to Natural clinic.its not what they show you or tell you . . My Hair Transplant Experience at Turkeyana Clinic

I recently underwent a hair transplant at Turkeyana Clinic, completed in two sessions, and overall, I’m impressed with the professionalism and care provided by the clinic.

Pick-up and Drop-off Service:
The clinic offers a smooth pick-up and drop-off service. While the drivers were polite and accommodating, the language barrier (limited English) was noticeable, but it didn’t hinder the service much since Turkish is their native language, and they still made an effort to communicate.

Surgery Team and Staff:
The surgery team was highly professional, including Zehra, Vesiye, Hafidha, Oumama, Ilayda, and Ismail (the english translator). My consultant Miss Raghad (a pro in english language) who was in touch with me throughout, was extremely helpful and professional.

Although the English communication wasn’t always perfect, the staff tried their best, and I felt well looked after. Their dedication and expertise were evident throughout the process.

Clinic Environment:
The clinic itself is large, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was consistently at work, ensuring that the facility stayed spotless, which adds a sense of comfort to the experience.

Concerns:
One aspect I didn’t anticipate was the increase in the overall cost. Initially, I was under the impression that I’d be undergoing one surgery in a single day and flying back after hairwash and LLLT treatment the following day. However, upon arriving at the clinic and consulting with the chief doctor, the plan changed. I required 6000 grafts instead of the initially suggested 4000–4500, which led to the surgery being split into two sessions. Additionally, I was advised to opt for Stem Cell Treatment and Exosome Therapy for better recovery and hair density, which significantly added to the cost.

Another unexpected cost came from the one-year supply of serums, shampoos, and vitamins, which wasn’t discussed during the initial consultation. Had I been informed of these additional expenses beforehand, I could have planned accordingly.
Furthermore, the clinic extended my stay after my request a few times, due to the two-day surgery sessions, recovery period of definitely 1-2 days and a additional day for hairwash but I had to pay half the cost of the extra hotel stay, which felt unprofessional for a clinic of this caliber and when someone is paying a hefty amount for the full treatment and medication.

Final Thoughts:
Despite the unexpected costs, the professionalism, care, and cleanliness of the clinic were commendable. If you’re considering a hair transplant at Turkeyana, ensure you discuss all potential costs upfront, especially if additional treatments or extended stays are a possibility.

Very warm welcome, the medical team is top notch, they listen and do a wonderful job, very professional. Unlike the sales/consulting team, more precisely a young lady of Algerian origin who put pressure on us as soon as we arrived in order to be able to sell us complementary products. I had a disappointing experience at Estethica Clinic Ataşehir on 16th August 2024. While I was initially satisfied with Dr Munire’s treatment, the communication that followed was extremely poor. Despite providing the required blood test results on the same day, I received no follow-up, even after calling the clinic multiple times on 16th and 17th August. This mirrored a previous experience I had at the clinic two months ago, which led me to stop my treatment.
Additionally, during our 90-minute wait, we were not offered any refreshments, despite other patients being served. This inconsistency in service was disheartening. I had high hopes for improvement, but the clinic has failed to address these persistent issues.

I've experienced nothing but professionalism and top-notch customer service from members of this organization. Starting from airport pick up, daily communication, thru the way that all my medical procedures were explained in details ( I had 3), to the post-op follow up and care. The doctor and her team, tho awfully young, expressed their medical dealings in a very experienced and professional manner. Being an aerospace engineer, I asked very detailed questions. They were all answered in thorough and comprehensive ways. Translators are always available, always prepared. Coordination between clinics and doctors was outstanding. I kept receiving instructions for every next day by late afternoons. My chauffeur was 100% on time and very friendly. Hotel, tho 2 stars lower standard than in US was super clean with well disposed staff. Breakfasts were awful. Ever auto-shutting off lights on corridors-annoying. But a great location and a cleaning lady smile compensated for these downfalls. So far: the results, price, doctor's attitude, and transport/ organization were the factors i don't regret choosing Estevien. But what would make me go back or recommend this clinic to others is the customer service 'after'. Extremely friendly, positive and easy to communicate with individual named Souhir makes sure you're satisfied and healing well after procedures are long finished!. It's been almost 3 weeks and she still texts me asking about any pains, follows up on me using recommended products, often asking for pictures of my wounds. In general, it's a well organized group of doctors and administrators that will make you feel comfortable and welcome.

I would not recomand this clinic to anybody .
On 28 August 2024 I had paid for liposuction 360, abdomen , back and legs , tummy tuck and bbl.

When I first talked with the consultat , named Zain , he was very nice and gave me a lot of trust .

I saw doctor Okan only 2 mins while he was drawing me before surgery . He asked me only how I want my butt . That s all . I haven t seen him after , never .

After surgery I felt very very bad and they did to me blood tests and they said I need blood transfusion, but will cost me 800€ extra .

Back to the consultat Zain , I asked him back home if there will be any complication with my surgery that will be extra fees? And he said “no m’am everything is included , don t worry “.

When they told me about blood transfusion and that I have to pay I showed them the conversation with Zain , but they denied everything .

I was begging and crying for my life and a nurse told me if I don t pay to call 911 so an ambulance to come and pick me and transfer me to a hospital which is not private .

The checks in hospital are made by another doctor named Mohammad . He is nice .

The girls that are around Mr. Okan and you see them on Instagram , they are very rude .

The follow check up is a joke . They don t get back to you .

But the 1* is for my results . My butt is a mess . The liposuction on my back is also a mess . I have a lot of fat left on back . The scar from the tummy tuck is very weird .

If I was happy with my results I wouldn’t leave this review , but all experience was very bad .

Stay away from this clinic !

Don't even think about going to this clinic to get your breasts done, it's the biggest nightmare of my life, they didn't even deign to repeat their disgusting job. 2 years of stupid replies to my messages. my breasts before surgery. was much nicer. plus the huge scars left by the silicone. On the other hand, the shape is disgusting. . The nerve is hit when you press straight. How. like an electric shock. Only. Terror made the halo disappear; I didn't feel anything for a year. So they didn't even get smaller.

Hello everyone. I had a laser eye surgery at Medibeauty Klinik and this agency helped me to get to them. They were replying me very fast and in every moment I felt taken care off. Rhinoplasty with Dr. Kadri Ila

I visited a doctor in my home country 3.5 months post-rhinoplasty for a check-up. My doctor confirmed that everything looked great and praised the surgery.

The service at Vanity was of high standard.

The only inconvenience was needing to pay in new banknotes, which took me a couple of hours to obtain, as they don't accept old ones. They also charge an extra 10% for card payments.

Overall, everything else was good, and I would choose them again if needed. Highly recommend.

Since I lived out of town, I first contacted Ms. Büşra via Whatsapp. He answered dozens of questions I asked graciously and promptly. He kept me informed about the process at all times. We talked for minutes with my teacher Buğra about every positive and negative issue that might occur during our first examination. He was very attentive and the teacher was with me as soon as I woke up and came early the next day. He really devoted a lot of time. The nurses were friendly and caring and were with me at all times. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, they paid great attention to the comfort of the companions, there was even Netflix ☺️ I started receiving informative messages from the patient coordinator, Mr. Yavuz, before I even left the hospital, and we have been meeting with him intermittently since I left the hospital. I am very pleased to have met such a caring team that does their job meticulously. Thank you everyone. It will be almost 2 months since the surgery. The biggest mistake I made in my life was having nose surgery in this hospital. Dear incompetent doctor Kadri Ila is such an irresponsible and incompetent doctor that he actually failed to redo a nose twice. I literally spent days trying to reach the hospital and the management because they are very trouble-free. When it comes to giving money, you can be sure that they will call you 500 times, but when it comes to a complaint, no one cares about you. When I talk to him over video, he says I am satisfied with the nose I have made, I say I am not, I talk about my complaints, and he still praises himself. I explained my complaint to him 6 times, but he still didn't understand and still boasts about his crooked nose. Friends, for God's sake, isn't plastic surgery meant to correct flaws? They generally do not know the dictionary meaning of the word aesthetics. I really had psychological problems and I couldn't work for a long time because of my nose. I tried to correct the slightly crooked nose by contouring with make-up, but it still didn't work. Never trust this hospital, go and waste your money, but never go to this hospital. I don't want anyone to have a psychological breakdown like I did.

Koca may be the emptiest hospital in Turkey, they are just doing their best to get money. It's been 45 minutes, there is no doctor in the market, the examination fee is charged immediately. During the pregnancy process, we started with doctor Selime Demirbaş. During the first pregnancy, we lost our baby at 26 weeks. Then we went to Ms. Selime thinking of having a child again. This time, we lost our baby at 36 weeks. Later, after losing our baby, when the pregnancy was completed, there was an embolism story as a result of my wife's brain clot. She stayed in intensive care for 5 days, avoiding death or paralysis. We think that he was saved by God's will. The reason why I am writing this today is because I am holding my child in my arms today. I do not think about staying away from the success hospital or the doctor. All I can say is that he should not die without experiencing what he made me go through. The process will continue and the legal process will be initiated with both the hospital and doctor Selime. All documents will be forwarded to the Ministry of Health and further action will be requested.

I came in February 2022 to have a hair transplant in this clinic and I regret it more than anything in the world. From start to finish everything was catastrophic and unfortunately today I can't go back. I contacted Erdem clinic with whom I first had remote discussions before going there with a friend who was also coming to do a transplant.
We quickly noticed that no one on the team was trained in transplantation and that the “surgeons” were just amateurs. The so-called “Nurse” who took my blood had to put the needle back into my arm 3 times before asking someone for help to do it, which left me with a huge bruise. on the arm for 10 days (see photo)
The anesthesia on my scalp completely wore off in the middle of the operation and my scalp had to be pricked about ten times even though it was bleeding. The nails of the person taking the grafts were so long that she was unable to hold her tool correctly. At the end of the operation our forehead line was not straight and we quickly noticed the problem (see photo with dressings)
My grafts fell out a few months after the operation and NEVER grew back.
The person in charge of my follow-up (Selim) told me to be patient and that over time all the hair will grow normally, and that I will have a beautiful forehead line. 2 and a half years later, my forehead line is catastrophic, as if I had never had a transplant (see photo 3) and the only solution that the clinic offers me is to come back and do an operation even though my donor area has been trashed by incompetent people, and they know full well that we won't go back even if they offer it to us, because our donor area is ruined. We met many people in Istanbul who had just had the operation, all had a bandage to prevent the edema from going down (we never had one), and all were amazed at the treatments we had in this clinic when we spoke with them. I consulted a doctor's advice some time later who very quickly made me understand that my transplant was completely unsuccessful. The grafts were implanted without any knowledge, sometimes in groups of 3, sometimes alone, sometimes forward, sometimes backward, without following any rules. They are thieves and impostors. I advise anyone who wants to have a hair transplant to NEVER go to Erdem clinic!!! Me and my friend both had catastrophic results, you will regret it sooner or later. Don't be fooled by the prices, they're not worth a quarter of it.
Moreover, even the hotel that we were promised had to have swimming pools and relaxation rooms (seen in the photos sent by Selim before our arrival) and when we arrived there the hotel had neither swimming pool nor any extra. We did not report anything for this because the main thing for us was to have a good graft.
I would like to point out that all the recommended care was scrupulously followed after the operation.
Run away to another clinic while you can.

My review is due to the lack of attention, I asked for a quote for liposuction. They responded to me only after a month saying that there had been an error in the system, I replied that they could at least write and the assistant told me to close it and not reply. I therefore imagine the lack of reliability of the clinic and the staff. I have already had an operation in Istanbul but not with them.

Good morning, I wanted to give my opinion on the experience I had at the ERDEM hospital, I contacted Mery for a review and I immediately found a very professional but at the same time very human person and for me a friend who was always present even before leaving for Istanbul, she explained to me in detail everything that was done from departure to all the procedures for the operation, I was happy with the analyzes they asked for since I had a particular case they were very thoughtful, when I arrived in Istanbul I immediately found someone who welcomed me and took me to hospital. When I arrived at the hospital they immediately carried out the procedural tests and the checks and put me straight away in a very welcoming room. The nurses at the hospital were very sweet and patient and immediately put me at ease. I must also compliment the professionalism of the Italian interpreter, Mrs Aidhia, who was close to me until the last day, answering all my doubts. . I must give special thanks to the doctor Gökhan Semerci who did a truly extraordinary job, and until the day of departure he checked me and carefully explained everything I had to do upon returning to Italy.

I chose Erdem Hospital for my surgery because I had been there before and I was very happy with the team. Hello Clinic Expert, I did detailed research on HAIR transplantation 2 years ago.
I met with approximately 30 clinics and my first 3 choices were from expert. I have always been one of the most difficult customers to convince. I also underwent hair analysis in other transplantation clinics. DHI also found Clin Expert to be the best. I experienced this by having a transplantation 22 months ago. This was the person who convinced me for the 2nd session. PELIN Ş. I would like to thank Ms. Pelin especially, she is the most important part of the chain. Ms. Pelin answered all my technical questions and the answers I received satisfied me. If Ms. Pelin had not convinced me, my choice would have been something else. I would like to thank Ms. Pelin, she is very valuable, she is a valuable, knowledgeable medical consultant, she knows the issues, she understands the customer's language and understands the customer's language. Good morning,
Unlike my two previous visits in February 2024 and May 2024 to Clinic Expert, I was very well received and taken care of by Mrs. Haifa and Mr. Mohammed El Bahissi in August 2024.
Madame Haifa did everything in her power to make things easier for me in every way from my arrival at Istanbul airport until my departure. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.
As for Mr. Mohammed El Bahissi, he is the most polite, kind and competent of all the clinic's translators.
These two kind people inspired me to recommend Clinic Expert to all my friends.
Furthermore, I deplore the very poor treatment I received at Clinic Expert during my two previous visits from certain managers I met.
